Average service with fairly high cost. During the winter, I often have weeks of service missed because they won't access my alley if there is snow on the road.

Great experience pick up always on time unless weather related, never make a mess. I would recommend them to everyone been a customer for many years

Overall, good service. The only area of improvement would be to make sure bins are placed off of the road. I live on a trucking route and frequently the bin is left partially on the road. It has almost been hit by an 18-wheeler several times.

Raises prices every month for "gas." There is a new trash service that doesn't raise prices. MOUND has now entered the ring! Cheaper, no raising prices. 1 bag of trash costs me over 100 a month w/Rumpke. Ya i am good.

The Pike County Recycling Center is a modest but valuable operation. Staff keep things organized and are helpful when questions come up. It’s a practical service that quietly benefits the whole community.

So far have had fairly decent service with Rumpke. Only issue i have had is they leave the lids open after pick up in bad weather and the cans fill up with rain or snow.

The people at Rumpke are always reliable and helpful. The pickup is very consistent, most of the time it's gone up before 6am on pickup day. the office staff is there and ready to help. When I had a billing issue the staff was immediately able to help resolve it.

Rumpke is usually dependable and communicates well when problems with scheduling occurs. I would give a 5 if the battery dilemma was solved, as its only going too get worse with the increasing use of technology and battery usage. Just telling us "No, do not place in garbage any batteries" but not giving an alternate other than "contact local waste management" does not work. An actual plan on how to dispose batteries with least environmental impact would be nice, as we look too you (as your customers) as "our" experts with waste management.

They do not do recycling in my area. They only have a set date they can pick up trash at my address, even though they come on a different day further down the street. They are a decent service for the price. I just find it interesting that the Rumpke website is full of recycling options etc, and they don't provide any recycling services for my area. Bummer

There has been times that our trash wasn’t picked up. The driver stated that it was not set out or the roads were bad. These 2 examples were not correct. All of the roads to our house are plowed. The trash is always out the night before or early that morning. I did call and the company made it right.

I love Rumpke, can always depend on them. I know my trash will be picked up, and the guys don't ever leave a mess. Always informed if pickup will be moved. Thanks, you all are doing great!

Good company. Bever had a problem with them picking up or missed days etc. Always puts the cans back neatly. But prices are really getting crazy. Thinking about switching because of the cost. Thats the only reason for the 4 stars is the pricing.

When we had a dumpster we couldn’t ever rely on them picking it up. It was supposed to be picked up every other week. The majority of the time that wouldn’t happen and in most cases took days for them to get someone to pick it up after my calling and informing them. For that reason we switched to regular weekly can pick up. Service has been much better aside from when our road is snow covered. Main complaint is the continuous increase of price. We have went from around $70 every 3 months to well over $100.

Well they've missed my trash pickup a few times, and yes I had it out at the appropriate time and day...no refund for missed service...all I can say is that I do not get paid for doing nothing. Next is a matter of courtesy and is two part: 1st is that it would be kind if the garbage cans would be left with the handles facing away from the roadway, especially considering that I place them in the opposite fashion as to make it easier and faster for the workers. The 2nd part seems a matter of common sense as well as courtesy...wouldn't it grand if the lids were closed back after the garbage is emptied, especially when there is heavy precipitation so I wouldn't have to dump out the nasty remains in the yard or driveway...or lug it as is, with 50 pounds of snow/water back to the house.

Great service. The drivers go above and beyond taking care to close the lid on my wooden trash container. Pickups are done as scheduled and we are notified of any changes.

We were duped into their service after Brown Sanitation sold out to them without notifying their customers. They chronically missed picking up our trash, and when we had questions they would stonewall and say they couldn't tell me anything even though the bill was in both my and my husband's names. Worst company we've dealt with when it came to garbage pickup. Do not recommend.

Have a rental property tenant moved. Had a bunch of tras set out. They picked up some of it. Re bagged what was left and they did pick it up the following week. Just wish they would notify me if there is an issue.

Rumpke is very professional and reliable. It's the price that's the problem. I can't afford it. So I found a better deal. Nothing against Rumpke at all. I'm actually gonna miss them. Just gotta go with my budget. Sorry

They pick up the trash and that is it. They asked for a review. One can a week is not much to ask but they do it. Would love to see them charge by the can. My neighbor has three to five cans a week and pays the same as me. It wouldn’t be hard to charge by the can. I could save some money and maybe they would recycle more. Just a thought.

Service is usually great. Only complaint I would have is, when gas prices were up and surcharges were added on, gas prices came down but surcharges were left in place. You are beginning to outprice yourselves!

Our trip to the dump was confusing. The outdoor staff was helpful but the waystation attendant was absent to direct us. When we found her she was rude & snippy. No signage to direct to the dump location.

One thing Rumpke Customer Service reps have to all tell you the same thing, I could call and get three different answers about how furniture or whatever has to be prepared. Make sure it is completely plastic wrapped, a recliner had the have the feet part removed for pick-up. After we had thar done we put it on top of dumpster.

Customer service has always been quick to respond to issues, or requests. The driver who usually runs my route is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make sure the area is clean before leaving. Seen him cleaning my driveway from our security cameras. They all receive 5 stars!🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Today wasn’t a good day to get a request for review. Was told by maintenance that our dumpster wasn’t emptied yesterday. This happened a couple of months ago and it was a slow trash time so we let it go. Today I call because it needs to be emptied now. Get through to a rep and the first thing he did was try to figure out a way that it was some how the customer fault. No it wasn’t blocked and no it wasn’t overly full, to which I responded it wasn’t overly full but it likely will be. Said he’d try to get get it emptied in 24 - 48 hours.

Their service was spot on and never had a problem with pick up. The driver's always went out of their way to make sure to get our cans, emptied, even when I would forget to put them out at the end of the driveway. The only reason I stopped their service was because it seemed like every bill the cost kept going up. In the last year, it went up almost $30 per quarter.It got to a point I could not afford it anymore.

This is the fine service Rumpke trash provides. Each week I watch them throw my trash cans across the yard. This time they broke the lid off. And yes, I have it on camera. I called the office and they said they are not responsible for personal trash cans only Rumpke trash cans. Rumpke is the worst trash service you can buy. I’m only with them because the company I was with for two years sold out to them. And for the record before I switched two years ago To the company who sold out to Rumpke, I was with Rumpke trash for 15 years.
