I win several vehicles here a week, my advise is treat every vehicle here as a red light. The lights not mean anything here. Green, yellow, are all a lie. 99% of cars here are red lights.
Don't bother. I bought a 2017 Audi Q7 that they claimed to be "Green Light" with "No issues" . The car was blown up and they are refusing to honor their arbitration policy. I am pursuing this with BBB.
BEWARE! Won't even respond to an arbitration claim... bought a 2022 Bronco Raptor online advertised with only 12 miles... I'm in AZ so once it got shipped it arrived with almost 1200 miles on odometer. Could easily edit this review and give a 5-star review if they made this right. Stay far away from this auction. Dealers don't bid on OVE if you see them as the facilitating location.
The new ownership shows high marks over the last owner. Akron Auto Auction purchased Value and the things they plan on doing are all much needed things. Everyone there is very nice and a very nice facility. I recommend purchasing from here.
In the entire country we are in "good standing" with all auctions but this one. Why because we were being charged fees greater than contractual agreements. The owners are more favorable to those that pay their adjusted fees without question. We owe them nothing yet are black listed from purchasing because of their mistakes. If you're a dealer or a public buyer be warned that ownership does not take responsibility for their staff nor themselves.
The workers there were very helpful and didnt just shoo u off it was fast paced cars went for a lil much i thought but thats not the auctions bad its the buyers
It’s very very bad customer service, and the auctioneer raise the price with no one bidding , plus the title take for ever to come to you , it’s very hard to deal with them plus no respectful at all
Seemed like the staff was friendly enough. Did not end up buying anything. Was told by others that they have people placed in the audience to "drive" up the price. Don't know if this is true or not but it wasn't the first time I have heard of this.
Me and my colleague recently visited this auction for the first time and we were very impressed by the selection and quality of the vehicles. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We are from Cincinnati and drove about 2 and a half hours to get there. We definitely plan to continue to make that trip when ever we are looking for new vehicle inventory.
Hate the hot dogs here..... The chili is really good and the burgers are awesome. We love Cody we are his number one fans. He is the reason I go back to this auction.
I've been in business 31 years and nowhere will you find a better auction! The employees are the nicest bunch of helpers any auction could hire. The office staff knows most of the dealers by name and are always smiling.
Not to mention a free lunch is served to everyone that's hungry. Also
free peanuts and during the cooler season popcorn that can be washed down with the all you can drink coke machine. This is my second year
attending VAA and the vehicles are getting more numerous every week
I drive an hour and 45 minutes every week one way and it's worth it!.
I make my living at auctions. This place is the friendliest of all the auctions I travel too. Bob and Chris have the buyers in mind. They have grown in leaps and bounds but remain aware of the small dealer's that buy there every week.
