I love our car we purchased a 2010 Chevy Traverse at a super good price! Matt took care of us. He disclosed it needed a new rack and pinion and installed it and had the car aligned. The air conditioning needed a charge also, and Matt did not hesitate to charge that for us. We will purchase from Matt in the future for sure! Thank you Matt!
This is a great place to take you Car it's affordable and they do great work in a timely manner. I've bought multiple cars from there never had any problems when I did they were there every step of the way to get me back on the road. I put a down payment on a vehicle almost 2 months ago keep in mind this had some issues with it when I got it they were written on my paperwork that they would fix these issues and her I am 2 months later almost got it payed off and only the oil change has been done the rest of the stuff that needs done keeps getting blown over I've been waiting for 2 months now I'm to the point where I'm just gonna buy the parts myself and have someone else fix it for me 🙄🙄🙄 not really happy right now Everytime I try getting in contact about getting my car in I get ignored or a beat around the hush excuse why my car can't be seen it's really annoying especially when the issues were written the paperwork the only issue that wasn't in the paper work was my coolant leak that was found by me after I had the car in my possession I notified them and they told me they would check it still haven't done that yet either I had someone else check it for me found out the problem I'm just gonna by the part myself cause I'm tired of waiting I need my car fixed as soon as possible 🙄🙄

Don’t go here for any business!! They rip people off and do nothing to rectify the situation. They knowing sold a messed up car, that was jacked up over the market value, and are denying liability!! Save yourself the stress and stay away from them at all costs!
I bought a car from them. When I bought it they said they would fix a dent in the rear quarter panel and fix the check engine code. They did neither. They said it was good to go but I was left on the side of the road because the transmission was out of fluid not even 5 months after I bought it. I tried calling them to get transmission fluid put in and they said "we are not interested" and was hung up on before I could ask how to cancel my warranty from when I bought it. My previous times going there were good until this time that's the only reason it has 2 stars instead of 1.
I took in my work van for an oil change. I didn't wait long and they have a nice waiting room. The receptionist was nice and made you feel welcome. I'm currently looking for a new shop to use if my van needs repairs. I liked what I saw today. (Magic Moment Entertainment)
Be careful with these people! They will over charge you for labor! Also I had been going there for years before they said they wouldn't do anymore work on my vehicles. Had gotten some help thru Community Action Commission for repairs and they convinced my daughter it wasn't worth repairing worth repairing . They stated that they weren't going to finish the repairs that they agreed upon. They tried to not refund the money that was extra on those repairs back to Community Action then they decided that they did do it because I called them out on it told him that they were as bad as the scammers that I've gotten cars from before!! So because I called them a scammer too for doing that that they refused to service my vehicles but they did end up finishing the work which is all I asked them to do. Be careful with these people every time I take my vehicle in there was something else wrong and it wasn't $50 job it was to $300/ $400 work. I just wanted them to be honest if they weren't going to do the work refund the money back to Community Action so somebody else can get some help with repairs. And as far as the rest of the people that work there I don't have a problem with anybody else everybody else is usually friendly and willing to talk to you and try to figure out the situation with your vehicle it's just the main guy that runs the place in the car repair section not the auto body section.
My experience with Paulding Automotive was very good. They treated me respectfully. They did not treat me with disrespect because I am a woman. Their prices were fair. They have done rods, ball joints, rotors, breaks and set up the alignment. My car drives so smoothly. I would recommend them based on my experience.
I called and talked to a woman about my car. Gave her the code which was a transmission fault code. I also asked if it was ok to drive, she checked with the man working there and he said yes. They scheduled me to bring it in KNOWING they do NOT work on transmissions. I thought maybe they had a transmission man but when they called a day later giving me the same code I gave them initially I knew they didn’t. They charged $75 to do nothing but tell us to take it to Defiance transmission. Should have done that in the first place instead of being ripped off by Paulding Automotive. BEWARE!! I would give 0 stars if I could.
