First off these dudes are good people. They take pride in what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. Broke down on Christmas Eve. Every thing was closed until the 26th. 7am on the 26th my parts were ordered and I was outta there that evening. Couldn't thank those guys enough for getting me back on the road as quick as humanly possible.

I had a great experience dealing with World Truck Towing & Recovery! Phone calls were handled professionally and happily by Anna and Reece. When the morning came for the delivery of my new log splitter, it was 12 degrees and snowing sideways...and to my amazement, Bob was there waiting for me and the splitter! Bob did a fantastic job helping me unload the splitter from the semi trailer, secure it to his flatbed tow truck, and deliver it with care and knowledge! Owner operator, I call them for Road service for def coolant line leak, I asked them if they can fix or BYPASS the line,Send to them pictures before they came, The service guy show up,look at it, told me you need special line, we can’t help, I told him I already sent Pictures why you didn’t told me that while you are in the office, the dispatcher girl is so rude ,They just came for the quick money scam,,charge me $567.22 a work they already know, and see the pictures,

Yesterday before Thanksgiving November 26,2025 My Truck Couldn’t Start After Fueling at the Pilot in Seville OH,Pete Came to My Rescue and i can honestly Say,he was the friendliest Tow guy i have come across in my 15years of Trucking! He explored all options to Start the Truck rather than towing and the Truck started ?!! “Volvo Starter battery connection issues “!! I would like to first thank World Truck Towing for being available when others simply declined to get me off the road safely. Secondly the operator "Pete", I felt like I've known you for quite some years ? Even though it was brief you are a friend indeed! Thank you for showing up promptly and professionally getting my truck to kenworth dealership and also going beyond the call by making sure I got to a safe place to sleep when Kenworth wasn't open on the weekend!.... Highway robbery!!! They did a good job with the tow service and were quick to the scene! They even let us remove the brokers freight from our truck before it was impounded. But at what cost? Their customer service was terrible! We waited days for responses from their team! They charged us roughly $25,000 for a roll over tow and a clean up. It felt as if we were being purposely price gouged to an extreme to force us to use our insurance. Their lack of communication was unacceptable along with their poor customer service. I'd never recommend this company to anybody! The owner Micheal also wasn't happy by my word of choice in an email by saying "per usual" referring to their lack of communication and decided to add $7,000 to our bill as “storage fees” that he previously agreed to not charge us. He also wouldn't release the truck unless we zelled them the difference between what the insurance covered and what was left over ($5,000). He would not let us use a credit card because he was scared we would dispute the charge. That alone says a lot about the type of company Micheal runs. “I will not risk a charge back” , these are his words. I’ve been in the trucking industry for over 5 years and have never been forced to pay a bill via Zelle or my truck wouldn’t be released. On a side note, Jenn at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with as are most of his employees. (My previous review was deleted by Google for adding screenshots of email threads with the owner)

World Truck Towing and Recovery gave me exactly the help I needed when my wheel came off my camper while driving on 71. Their 24/7 roadside assistance arrived quickly, the crew was friendly and professional, and they made the whole process seem easy and even followed me to where I was parking for the night. When I first called they said they didn't have anybody that could help me but after calling multiple other places with no help I called them back and asked for help just getting back on the road so I could limp it to a friend's house and they did exactly that. Great dispatcher, great service techs and great company.

I called World Truck Towing and Recovery when I needed help and was impressed by their professional medium and heavy duty truck, roadside assistance, and truck and trailer repair. The crew handled the repairs efficiently and timely getting me back on the road in short order. The mechanics were knowledgeable and also enlighten me a bit as to what the actual problem was and how to keep it from happening again. As a former mechanic myself. I was impressed with the knowledge that the staff had as well as the high-quality repair work that was done, not to mention how cordial and friendly the Mechanics were. I would definitely use them again.

BEWARE, one trailer tire replaced on roadside call cost us $1341. I know they will reply what was said before service but it wasn’t discussed with me about port to port or fuel surcharge, which is really high too. I called and tried to talk about invoice we paid but were told it was correct. We paid invoice and was called back and added $528 labor to the already high bill. Staff were very nice but prices are really HIGH.

The technician arrived on time, explained everything that was needed for the repair. Allowed me & co driver the ability to grab a bite to eat. While he repaired the air line on trailer # 560680 When the repair was completed I was promptly texted and informed trailer airlines was repaired. All around great / excellent service! 9/3/25 My semi broke down in a lane of traffic on 9/2/25. Jacob from WT made it out to me ASAP as he was coming from Youngstown. He determined I would need a tow as the maintenance needed on the truck could need be completed roadside. The wrecker would not be able to make it out for a few hours so Jacob went to scout a safe parking area so I could get off the road. He found an area about a quarter mile away and then followed me there to ensure I was in a safe area. Pete followed up a few hours later and towed me back to the shop. I am currently waiting for parts for the truck. So far today, I have spoken with about 6 or 7 employees. Every single person here is friendly, kind, and has common sense. I am not treated as just a "truck driver" here. Their priority is to fix the problem with my truck so I stay moving, not just replace a part or two because it is broken or they an excess amount in stock. If you are in need of services from WT, I highly recommend you use them. To the employees of WT, I say thank you for treating me, and my pup, with respect. To the owner of WT, thank you for running a business with such caring and respectful employees. Also, keep sending Jacob or Pete out on road calls and you will keep getting 5 star reviews. That being said, I would like to nominate Jacob for employee of the century.
