Horrible company, don’t go here. Go anywhere else for service. Service guy came out at night and didn’t have a tire. Had my driver wait 8 hours, put a tire on my truck and made a double bill of $990 for 1 tire. Absolutely absurd, Loves truck stop charging me $436 for a new tire. Came to these guys because I was told they could fix it at night. Don’t go here, go to a different place. They are in the business of ripping ppl off and robbing ppl. Horrible company, trash communication, overpriced
Our insurance company road side assistance left us stranded along the highway in our motorhome towing a trailer after a blowout as they had no one that can assist a 30ft class a motorhome. After 1 hours they said find someone and put in for a reimbursement. We were calling every towing roadside asst we could Google and these guys were the only ones that got us a tire and came to change it. They are great guys and did that needed done to get us back on the road.
$175 for towing plus $50 a day.i live in an apartment complex and this is the people my landlord uses to tow people,they were redoing a parking lot and said it was supposed to be done in 48 hours so we parked in it multiple days later and got towed,i live in these apartments because i am 18 working a minimum wage job just barely making it.how can i afford $175 plus storage because i work from morning to 5 and they never answer the phone after 4?this is outrageous and now i have to go spend $275…… for towing.
Be carefull with this guys!! they are giving crazy prices for labor and looking a money up front to be payed for the job never did it! I will never ever use anymore. Biggest scam
I really appreciated this company showing up in a timely manner. I called another company that was going to make me wait a few days. They are reasonably priced and their service is very friendly. They are my new go to towing company.
Blew a tire on 70/eb in the work zone, these two gentlemen came and threw a new tire on for me. They were courteous, professional, fast, and friendly. Thanks for getting me back up again, downtime on my end was kept to a minimum. Thank you again, wish there were more companies that treated drivers the same as they do.
The only place willingly to come help stranded travelers with an RV blowout. Super nice people and bless them for helping us out of a bad situation. Can’t say enough good things about this company.
The driver was courteous and took care when loading our vehicle onto his tow truck. He was quick in arriving, which was great because when on the side of the highway... you aren't safe.
Please just go elsewhere, even if you're desperate. They charged $6000 for our truck to be fixed. A week later still screwed up, and then two days after it was picked up a second time, it was still having.problems. you WILL get screwed by them.
My semi truck broke down in zanesville, oh and I made a mistake of calling these people. They forced me to get my truck fixed in there shop by saying we do this all the time, we will help you with insurance deductible. Don’t fall for it they won’t help. They charged $11000 to fix my semi truck. Driver picked up the truck ran out of fuel 10miles from there yard. They charged $1300 again to come fix it. A day later truck broke down again. They don’t know anything but fooled me to make there money. I have been in trucking for over a decade but never seen robbers like these. I will take this matter further as I don’t want others to be robbed.
I broke down on I-77 having turbo issues. Told them clearly I was having turbo issues and that it's not a busted hose. When the roadside tech called me and asked what was going on, I informed him as well that I was having turbo issues and that it's not a busted hose. Tech shows up for all of twn minutes to inform me that yes its the EGR on the turbo and you are going to have to be towed to the nearest shop. It took him 5 minutes to come to the conclusion of this and took me 5 minutes to register a check for $420. I'm still broke down roadside just $420 less in my pocket for a roadside scam. If you do not do turbo work, do not waste others time and money scamming them!
The only truck repair in town that was willing to take a look at the truck instantly and over the weekend. Got my drivers out of there asap and was able to make delivery Monday. I won’t forget this, thank you!!
We were passing through Ohio and needed roadside assistance. Our experience with B&H towing was very pleasant; from the lady who answered the phone to the mechanic who showed up to fix our truck. They were very quick, efficient and caring; which is a rare quality to find now days. We highly recommend them. Their price was also very affordable. Overall, we are extremely grateful to have come across such a wonderful group of people.

Our Chevy Silverado truck broke down and they are the most reasonable in down with great prices! We had the pleasure of having Herb who was excellent. Our son happen to be with us and loved watching the truck and Herb even took time out of his day to make a miserable experience into a awesome one! He even showed my son the tow truck and how the levers worked, thanks Herb for being making a difference in someone’s day! Would recommend!
My radiator was leaking and I called Peggy “after hours” and was telling her the next day I will bring the truck she charged me for the anti freeze and the tech to bring it out which is understandable but charged me $200 more for an after hours call
My car broke down at the hospital and had to be towed. I was extremely sick with Covid at the time. When I got my car back home the front end on the passenger side was messed up and has to be repaired. Not happy at all
My truck has transmission problems in Cambridge Ohio I called to B& H shop the guy came to look my truck he said you have Air leak problem in my truck and we fix in shop I said okay and they tow my truck to shop and not looking that day and next day also waisted they don’t know how to fix my truck and Thursday they said you can take your truck professional mechanic we don’t understand what is wrong with your truck and they charge me above $2500 and waisted my time also they were not professional to do fix truck! All I said if you have your truck something wrong take to professional shop! Thanks
Service is good but the only drawback is that they lie for road service wait time. U guys should tell truth or near truth how long for service to arrive. Don’t tell it 30 minutes just to hold customer. So person in need can try somewhere else. But it was matter of minutes once mechanic was there. He was quick and professional.
Going thru area in road trip w 5th wheel had a BIG problem with our truck. They came late in evening, towed us, took us back to campground. The truck was fixed by next afternoon, they came and picked us up. We were back on the road with only 1 day delay. Super friendly, nice people, awesome service. Could not have been happier (considering truck issue!)

My self and boyfriend were in an accident last night and the tow truck guy that came (Sadly don’t know his name) was a life saver in more ways than one! He gave us a ride home which wasn’t close to where he lived and offered us drinks and to use his bathroom. Very nice man!!! I highly recommend B&H Towing!
Praising God literally! Peggy in the office set my worried heart at ease on my initial call in. Kyle showed up to tow my car and took control of the situation in the cold and rain. They called me to pickup the car within 5hrs. No joke! And to top it all off, they fixed something extra that I hadn't even mentioned just because they seen it needed it! As far as price. They dropped my tank, replaced the gas ( I put the wrong kind in), changed my spark plugs, and welded my muffler (extra) plus towed it for $250. When I was calling around for estimates one place quoted me $500 and 2weeks to get it in. This is a business that truly takes care of their customer.
Great people were able to get me in asap to fix my turbo. Most of the time when i break down shops tell me it will be days no matter what the fix is. Offered to shuttle me to a hotel or whatever i needed. Side note someone needs to get this family/shop a reality show, they are hilarious.
Bad business they lie and give you the run around and treat you very disrespectful by hanging up on you and even don't answer. They always blame someone else for why they act the way they do. IM A TRUCK DRIVER AND WOULD NEVER USE THEM FOR NOTHING. I'd rather walk
