My wife had our puppy in the car with her and when she got out to go around the puppy locked herself and keys in the car. She called and they came and helped with no charge. I highly recommend this company and thank you so much for helping out my wife and puppy.
My Weiner dog locked herself in the car. I called Carroll’s towing and recovery. They were very responsive, and arrived quickly! No charge necessary, willing to just help me out! There are still great people in this world. Highly recommend this service!!

My car slid off my driveway, down a hill and into a field after a night of freezing rain. They charged about a third of what other companies did, came out in 30 minutes and got it right outta there. Absolutely amazing service.
Was waiting for over an hour and a half just to have a younger tow truck operator proceed to drift his rig into position and throw golfball sized rocks at my windshield and when confronted about it proceeded with the response did it crack and when told he was lucky it didn't he responds with "then lock in 4 wheel and get yourself out" and left myself and my five year old son stranded called the main office to file a complaint and was met with "well if it didn't crack the windshield id have just taken the help" with that being said very unprofessional very rude and would absolutely not recommend ever using
Awesome service Fair pricing Needed a 27ft RV towed NO one would in Coshocton so they had No problem doing it and were here in an Hour. The Driver was a super Nice guy drove Slow took Care of my Property like it was theirs. Would Recomed to Anyone.
This is not the first time I have used Carroll’s towing but both times they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Our car broke down out of town and he made it seamless to get our car where we needed it to go. We appreciate the kind and considerate services when our family is having such a hard time. I will continue to use their service every time I have an issue and continue to recommend their above and beyond services!

I got myself ran over in a field. It was going to take the insurance company tow company 89 to 112 mins. I had my 2 year old with me and couldn't wait that long. I luckily live in frazeysburg and my mom reminded me that Carroll's towing us a shorter time frame then 89 to 112 mins. I am thankful that they were there and got me out and home and brought my bumper home as well. Thank you Carroll's towing for saving me.

Not only did they just stop to assist me as I was broke down in the middle of traffic, they towed me to the service station and got my car started. Their recommendation was exactly spot on and they saved me a considerable amount of money! My starter was going bad, automatic ignition on/off caused it to go bad sooner than expected. I will have that feature permanently turned off ? I highly recommend Carrolls Towing & Recovery!!!

Backed into my driveway while towing for someone else and drove on my retaining wall causing damage. Driver said he would come back and fix it. After multiple calls and text they keep ignoring me.
We had a significant tire blowout, returning home from a Christmas visit, and it was 15 degrees outside. While awaiting for someone to respond from one of two emergency services (AAA and my vehicle’s Roadside Assistance), a Carroll’s Towing & Recovery driver stopped to assist us with the spare. He was gracious and friendly; he worked swiftly to complete the change which we had started. While he was helping us, a dispatch came through from our Roadside Assistance, asking him to respond to our location. We were so grateful that he did not drive by us, but voluntarily stopped before our service contacted him. It was apparent to my family that the Carroll’s worker was most concerned with doing the right thing. Highly recommend.
Extremely great guys. Made sure I got a tow on Christmas eve, got my truck back to their shop and had it back up and running in no time. These guys went out of their way to help me and for that I am Extremely grateful
