I'm thinking your ad is actually false advertising. I came here looking to have y'all take my older RV, recyclable parts and good metal on her but you turned me away. You didn't even try.
Called Bill to order a part and he sent me photos to verify and boxed up quickly and provided tracking info same day. Great friendly customer service with very fair pricing even when shipping parts.
Talked over the phone with Bill for shipping a set of seat belts for my old truck, since I live 1000 miles away from the shop. Bill could not have been nicer. The parts were found quickly. He took pictures of the belts and tested the belts himself to make sure they worked as expected. Highly recommend this shop.
Super helpful on the phone before I traveled up there. I needed a part that had been discontinued by the manufacturer, for an automobile no longer in production.
After calling all around the US I was happy to find the part less that 25 miles from home.
I was able to drive up and grab the part and the staff was super helpful. They offered a shipping option, but I have been looking for about 3 weeks and needed it sooner.
I will definitely start here next time!

Found online that they had a ECU for my vehicle, Bill picked up the phone and was very helpful to make my purchase fast and smooth. He even went as far as texting me pictures of the actual item, receipt and shipping label. Thank you!

This is an auto recycling facility, not a Starbucks. They excel at providing quality parts at a reasonable price in the best timeframe that can be expected. This is not the place for you if expecting a warm fuzzy feeling similar to what you get at Macys. The owners are very professional and work hard for their customers, so they may not always have time for "social graces". Save the idle chit chat for the garden/coutnry club.
Needed a replacement engine for 2006 Colorado. Bill was very helpful in sorting out the details and even worked with me to pull the complete wiring harness with the engine. The engine was ready for pick up when promised and works great. Many thanks for the great service.
Picked up 2 refurbished car batteries and a used alternator, all for the price of just one of those new. The gentleman was friendly, but not very professional (I was ok with it). Overall a good experience.
Have been working with Bill, Dennis and their team for a few years. They are great. Today we had a customer traveling and needed a part to get him back on the road. After explaining the situation, I was called back very shortly that the part was ready and price was great! Got Mr. Customer back on the road and he was able to make it to his destination. Can't thank these guys enough and recommend them to anyone needing used parts and also some aftermarket stuff too. They have a good sense of humor as well and not too grouchy, most times. Placed an order for a replacement hood for my 2015 nissan with no money up front. Part was was delivered on time and in a professional manner. Part was of excellent quality and fit like it was meant to be in the car.
Looking for parts, both the owner dennis and the counter help bill were beyond unprofessional, was totally ignored as a cash paying customer as they seemed more interested in their own conversation that helping a customer. I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE AND WILL NOT SEND ANYONE I KNOW IN THAT DIRECTION.

While not the most friendly on the phone, they'll help you out. He warms up on the phone after a few calls as long as you're polite. Lol. It's the first place I call when looking for used take-off parts.
