I worked with Antonio when I was trying to determine what to do with my vehicle. Turns out there’s an issue with Hyundai engines burning oil, unbeknownst to me, and as a result my engine was cooked. Obviously I was beyond upset having a vehicle that was in great condition other than the engine and being told by a dealership it was worthless. I contacted Cash for Cars and Antonio helped me through the process of determining my vehicles’ worth. He was easy to get ahold of, personable, and up front and honest. He made sure I got a fair price for my vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. It was 24 hours from when I was given an offer to when I was given a check and it was towed to their facility. I didn't know my title was missing until after I called and the lady called me back 7 times in 2 days to see if I had my title yet after I told her I'd call her when I got it from the title office! Super pushy! Everything else was great though

The offer was not bad considering the miles on the car and the fact that it had a worn motor. I would recommend that pick up would be better arranged with. 2-4 hour window in stead of 24-48 hrs. Most people have to work and can not sit around for 1-2 days waiting on a call. The web site said at the customers convenience.

We received a far price for our vehicle. There were a few hoops to jump through but it was definitely worthy of our time!!

They gave me a higher bid than two other car sites. They arrived on the scheduled pick up day and gave me a check for the promised amount. It went as smooth as possible. I would say that the only draw back would be if you were not able to stay home and wait all day for them to pick up your vehicle. The tow truck driver called me 11 minutes prior to pick up. I was fine with it, although I was told they would call one hour ahead of time. I called the title office to make sure I didn't need a notary. I also made sure to remove my license plates from the vehicle. All in all it was a good experience and it freed up some garage space.

I’m going to give this company 5 stars even though the customer service at the front desk was not good at all. The younger light skin man with glasses was very condescending and was making me feel dumb and acted like I was a burden. I’m not sure why he works at the front. On a positive note, I was very appreciative of Adarsh and the team memebers I talked to. They were very helpful when selling my car. They offered me a great price and really took everything into consideration when making an offer on my vehicle. I would use them again to sell a vehicle. However, I would recommend switching out the man in the front for one of the ladies in the back. I was there two days in a row and both days he was rude like he hated his job. Everything was great as far as contacting someone and getting a quote. The problem was getting the car picked up. After being told the time and place to be picked up no one showed to get my vehicle. It was then towed by Sandy's which followed hassle by getting the vehicles tow bill paid whenever driver was available to pickup my vehicle. Then Sandy's employee lied about the person who had my check not being present on a Friday which led to three more days of fees. By time I paid my tow bill which totalled $364 and received my payment for the car which was $537, I made only $173 which is less than what I would have made had I just scrapped it out. I was contacted daily by someone through text and calls which is good, just not when what your told doesn't happen resulting in my loss.

It was wonderful! They kept in good communication and the transaction went smoothly. If I ever need to sell a car quickly I will go to them first! They did not low ball at all and the price was extremely fair.

I’m satisfied with my experience with them, especially with the customer service. They were kind, courteous, and informative to me while I was in a stressful situation with a broken down vehicle I needed to sell.

The guy came and towed my car off a lot that was kinda a tight squeeze but he was precise and sure of himself, so very good at what he does! He was timely and knew his job well. Thank you for the opportunity to alleviate myself of an old car that was just sitting! Thanks again I would recommend this service to others who are also in my predicament.
