Cash for cars was a great experience. I will definitely use them in the future. Came by in a reasonable amount of time and hand delivered a check at the same time. Jannie had excellent customer service skills.

Entire process was super simple within 24hrs the whole deal was done. All the workers were very nice and explained things very well.

I never expected a fatal engine issue with my well-maintained 2014 Toyota Sienna. I expected another 2 years - it’s a Toyota after all. 😢 But, I decided to not repair it and sell it. Trading it wasn’t an option. Other places I contacted in the Cincinnati/Dayton area were offering virtually nothing or would take a week or longer to call me back. I discovered Cash For Cars and on a whim, got a quote. The response was fast and seemed too good to be true. So, I did my research. I was a bit skeptical, but I was pleasantly surprised by the offer and customer service. The representative was great! She was prompt with communications without being pushy. I wasn’t happy at first. I did the quote and accepted the offer online, scheduled the pick up too. A whole day went by and nothing so I called to see what was going on, turns out “ online scheduling “ doesn’t work. I was initially told I would be given cash but then they said they no longer give cash. I think my offer was low considering there wasn’t many miles on it and the damage was minimal. However, Jeevan was pleasant and patient during pick up.

I worked with Antonio when I was trying to determine what to do with my vehicle. Turns out there’s an issue with Hyundai engines burning oil, unbeknownst to me, and as a result my engine was cooked. Obviously I was beyond upset having a vehicle that was in great condition other than the engine and being told by a dealership it was worthless. I contacted Cash for Cars and Antonio helped me through the process of determining my vehicles’ worth. He was easy to get ahold of, personable, and up front and honest. He made sure I got a fair price for my vehicle and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The offer was not bad considering the miles on the car and the fact that it had a worn motor. I would recommend that pick up would be better arranged with. 2-4 hour window in stead of 24-48 hrs. Most people have to work and can not sit around for 1-2 days waiting on a call. The web site said at the customers convenience.

Renuka Nalla was very helpful. The towing issue turned out to be fine. Being on call within 1 hr for 2- 3 days was not convenient workwise, As it turned the driver picked it up this morning Wed. and thank goodness not Friday! Brian helped alot in dispatch as well

They gave me a higher bid than two other car sites. They arrived on the scheduled pick up day and gave me a check for the promised amount. It went as smooth as possible. I would say that the only draw back would be if you were not able to stay home and wait all day for them to pick up your vehicle. The tow truck driver called me 11 minutes prior to pick up. I was fine with it, although I was told they would call one hour ahead of time. I called the title office to make sure I didn't need a notary. I also made sure to remove my license plates from the vehicle. All in all it was a good experience and it freed up some garage space.

Yagash was a pleasant person I delt with when getting rid of my Taurus . He made things very easy and was extremely clear about the process which made things really convenient.

Everything was great as far as contacting someone and getting a quote. The problem was getting the car picked up. After being told the time and place to be picked up no one showed to get my vehicle. It was then towed by Sandy's which followed hassle by getting the vehicles tow bill paid whenever driver was available to pickup my vehicle. Then Sandy's employee lied about the person who had my check not being present on a Friday which led to three more days of fees. By time I paid my tow bill which totalled $364 and received my payment for the car which was $537, I made only $173 which is less than what I would have made had I just scrapped it out. I was contacted daily by someone through text and calls which is good, just not when what your told doesn't happen resulting in my loss.

It was wonderful! They kept in good communication and the transaction went smoothly. If I ever need to sell a car quickly I will go to them first! They did not low ball at all and the price was extremely fair.

I didn't know my title was missing until after I called and the lady called me back 7 times in 2 days to see if I had my title yet after I told her I'd call her when I got it from the title office! Super pushy! Everything else was great though

I’m going to give this company 5 stars even though the customer service at the front desk was not good at all. The younger light skin man with glasses was very condescending and was making me feel dumb and acted like I was a burden. I’m not sure why he works at the front. On a positive note, I was very appreciative of Adarsh and the team memebers I talked to. They were very helpful when selling my car. They offered me a great price and really took everything into consideration when making an offer on my vehicle. I would use them again to sell a vehicle. However, I would recommend switching out the man in the front for one of the ladies in the back. I was there two days in a row and both days he was rude like he hated his job.
