Disappointed to have been treated horribly. Advertised that they had a 52k mile transmission. Purchased it. They gave me one with 150k and was broken. Business put up fight to reimburse. Title13 Section 1345.02 of the Ohio revised code forbids this.

Would give 0 starts if possible bought a engine from them that they said tested good had it installed and the motor was no good from the beginning they said it was the mechanic i took it to was at fault and they wanted to sell me another engine and have there half a$$ mechanic install it no thanks now im out thousands cause of these crooks

My alternator went out about a month ago, big name auto part stores wanted 600 for just the alternator. My boyfriend shopped around for me & found this place! Thankfully they had an alternator (used) all ready to go for $112! My car is back to running as good as new. The alternator they sold my bf is working great. I waited so long to do this review because I wanted to make sure it was actually a win, & this was definitely a win for me.

Had the best service ever from the owners son. Our seat belt was stuck in the retracted position and we had tried everything. My husband was about to just cut the belt until we stopped here and he came to the rescue.

Best guys in the business, fixed my car on the spot. Super great service! Would recommend 10/10

These guys are a joke to deal with. I attempted to buy a part from them, but over the course of a couple weeks they had many communications issues and delays. I probably called these guys 10 times, and many times I was told I would get a call back and never did. Prepare to be really frustrated if you try to buy from them. I ended up buying my part somewhere else and it was a much better experience. I suggest you skip the pain and just go somewhere else.

A8 master & l1 certified. Walked in Wednesday for an engine for my family (in laws), dropped deposit, requested Saturday morning. Everything went smooth. Turn key, boom. Thank you Raj and team, came thru with comparative price and great service. Jon was my first call. Raj was my deposit. And I'm not sure the gentleman's name I picked up, but solid. I'd do this again.

Ordered a mirror over the phone on 4/3. I followed up a few different times after not receiving the part in a timely manner and was assured the part had been removed and shipped. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was awfully rude and also obviously lying. On 4/13 I received a phone call to let me know the mirror was found broken on the vehicle when the yard guy went to remove the part.

I purchased a PT Cruiser visor with mirror. It arrived broken. They would not replace it because their terms are "as is". Think twice before you purchase from this salvage yard. They charged me $45.00 +$12.50 shipping. I agreed to their terms--read the print!!

It's dirty nasty unorganized and if you go there you're gonna wait an hour plus. We'll never go back we'll never recommend

I purchased an electrical part for my vehicle at a cost of $350.00+$80.00 for shipping. After installation the part functioned properly but after a couple days the steering column motor that I purchased for my 2009 Mercury Mariner developed intermittent operating issues. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. When I contacted this supplier I was told that they had informed me that all electrical parts were sold as is. I would NEVER have purchased a part at this cost without a minimum warranty. Read between the lines here as someone has a faulty memory. The two star rating is one star for sending the right part and one for shipping it to the right address. No they didn’t send me a bad part intentionally but no one with any cognitive capacity would spend that kind of money on a part without at minimum a 30 day warranty. I really hope they take this criticism constructively and potential buyers use this information while shopping their site.

can i give a 0 start? when i asked to speak to the owner i was told he will not speak to peasants. they sold me a bad transmission, gave me the run around for 3 weeks and never got a replacement or a refund. the "manager' is very rude

Do not use this place, bunch of liars. Asked for a good working complete engine block, Hemi 5.7, instead got even a worst than one i give them for core, two pistons and crankshaft bad, block needs to be rehoned. Asked numerous times for a replacement, or refund. Would not even want to talked to me, and they listed 4 more blocks. Waisted $500 on nothing. Do not buy engines from them, they sell the cores they get, as a good working units. Stay away, dont waist your time and money.

I called for a 2009 f150 speedometer, was quoted $450, I see a bunch in the $75-$125 range, I thought these guys were sellers but looks like they are collectors.

Wasted my time. Before driving up to see a car, I asked if it had frame damage. No frame damage at all they said! Drove almost 3 hours to see it. Paid a mechanic to inspect it. The frame was more bent and crooked than a politician! These guys are either completely incompetent at their jobs, dishonest, or both. Don’t even bother trying to buy a car from them.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Called for a door mirror that they said they had in stock. filled out the form with the part number and moraine said that I would have the part in 2 days. the shipping was $35 which I was totally fine with. 7 days went past and no mirror. I called to check the status and they said the mirror was still on the car. 3 more days went past...I called to check the status and they said "oh we just checked and the mirror is no good. (they never would of called) i asked to speak to the manager and the gentleman on the phone.....ummmm I am the manager. what a joke.

It may very well be 5 stars.... don't know as yet.. I had transmission issue, their price was better than any place here in Cincinnati so my ex took it all the way there. They took a bit of time, they let us know they would need more time to get it right. I picked it up recently drove it 45 miles back home and around town and so far so good.. it's been less than a week. It would have been at least $1000 more other places we checked. Hopefully I can come back and give them the 5 stars!!!

STOLE MY MONEY. Been buying parts from them for years... it's usually a difficult process but usually ends up being okay once I talk to 'Riyad' (not sure how to spell his name). This time he looked up the wrong part for me, quoted it then when I got the wrong stuff he said he would try to get the correct ones for me. Said he had one for sure and he would have to find the other truck, cause they lost it. He also said it was going to be a little more money (I get it to pay his guy because he quoted/pulled the wrong parts for me, his fault but I have to suffer). This took several days while my customer was fuming mad he wasn't getting the parts promised in a decent time. He never found the other side and so when I try to return the wrong parts he sold me he wouldn't return my money. Then accuses me of giving him the wrong info, which I know that happens a lot, but I know the difference and knew to specify which vehicle. He even pulled ones for a 4x4 when I specifically said it was a C3500HD. So disappointed, lost 125 bucks because he looked up the wrong stuff. He blames me because he has to pay his techs 3 times for parts he incorrectly looked up. Bridge burnt. I'm sure he won't miss my money... but hopefully I can spare some of you some loss.

Worse place ever . I brought a Cadillac CTS 09 RWD engine from them . They give me the wrong engine.they give me AWD and they lied to me and said that the engine was good and everything was fine on it but My mechanic said the engine is not good the timing is off . I text them and try to contact about the wrong engine 4 days ago and I still hasn’t gotten a response. All they care about is money

Made me pay for a deposit$200, on a part that they were not supposed to pull until they called me. My customer thought it was a differential that need replaced so I told them to not pull it until I called them to make sure it needed to be pulled. When I called them the next day to tell them to pull the drive shaft day had already pulled the differential and would be another $100 to pull the drive shaft.They charged me a restocking fee of $84 for a part that I never received never touched and never told them to pull. I not only wasted 2 hours of my day but also $84 on a job that I ended up eating from a customer. I will never ever recommend parts from them or go back to this establishment.

Team did a great job replacing my transmission. Car runs great, and was done for a fair price. Work was done faster than anticipated! Will definitely use them again for any car part replacement needs.

Bought an electronic part. Made sure of the return policy which included 30 days for return, and the exchange of said part with another if the current one was defective. When the part didn't work properly, I shipped it back within the month period. At this point- and NOT before- Moraine claimed electronic parts have a 48 hour window for test and return and that they had no replacement. Moraine wouldn't even do partial refund. I tried to reason with them over the course of several phone calls in a very civil manner. I asked to speak to the shop owner, he refused to speak to me. I was kept on the phone twice for 40+ minutes. You kept our money and falsely advertised your return policy. $390 down the tubes. At least be honest with your return policy. Oh ya, and don't take money that's not yours to keep.

Horrible experience. The first transmission that was send was leaking and slipping. The second transmission they sent was wrong. Keep in mind that the this transmission replacement is an 8 hours job. When asked for a refund I was put on infinite hold multiple times. Finally when I spoke to Jacob, he wanted me to ship both the transmission back at my expense before a refund would be given. The total cost to ship the transmission's would negate any refund given. I was also told that the shipping company charged Moraine Auto to use a lift gate to unload the units. This was not true. I, and several other employees unloaded both transmission into a truck from the semi trailer.

Worst business ever . Are CROOKED AS THEY COME ... sold me an engine with the vin removed... what's that tell you lied about the low miles or is just a stolen motor sold by a shady business.. only they know the answer. But either way it's enough for me to encourage EVERYONE I POSSIBLY CAN away from their SHADYY business..

Do not do business with these crooks, had item advertised as good condition ready to go, drive two hours after calling to confirm item was available. Paid for the item and Sat on the property for three hours before being told it wasnt even out of the wrecked vehicle yet. Stole my money and had to dispute charges with cc company. Check BBB complaints

Provided fantastic service. They went over the pricing over the phone and made sure I understood what they were doing.
