Both Austin and Damon treated me awesome.
The backstory was this I was at the intersection of 725 and Heinke. Light turns green, the moment I pull forward my wiring harness somehow got caught and wrapped up into the engine fan. Shredded everything. Truck was dead, in the middle of the intersection late in the evening. Also, like the genius I am I didnt have my phone. Damon just happened to be driving by in the flat bed. Immediately got me loaded up, drove me, my dog, and my groceries home, and took it straight to the shop. Austin spoke with me the next day, truck was fixed, and he help also helped diagnose another problem the truck had been having that was unrelated. Great dudes, great fast service. Need to call these guys if you ever need a tow, or vehicle repair in general. An asset to the city of Miamisburg.
The guy that got my van where I wanted it to be, Damon, because of him I will never go anywhere else for any tow or mechanical issues again. He was completely professional, and genuinely cared about my situation. He went above and beyond doing his job, and became a friend. The prices was the cheapest in town, I looked for hours because money was tight, but the quality of service, was the highest you can get. Thank you Damon,I really appreciate everything you did

Had 2 flat tires due to hitting debris in road. Called Suburban and Austin was out with the flatbed in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and was great to work with. I highly recommend their services.

Great knowledge, had the correct tools, on top of that they were friendly and funny.
Too expensive for the type of shop he runs and while austin was working on my car he broke my engine cover, told me he would get me a new one tomorrow been almost a month. Yea he did a good job on towing my car but wouldn’t recommend for shop work.
Was quick to get to me, towed my truck when AAA turned me down and damon was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing their services.

Best service from a tow company that I’ve ever received. By far the fastest too. Damon was to my car within 15 minutes and even waited a few extra minutes for me to show up. Very good communication and a very fair price as well.
I awoke one morning ready to go to work and my car would not start. I called Suburban Auto Recovery for a tow. The came to the scene quickly. Damon was the tow guy. He was professional and efficient. He did a fantastic job of towing my car to the dealership. I certainly would use their services again!
I was waiting for over 3 hours for even an update on where my car is how my car is, after dealing with countless useless people over the phone for hours.
I made ONE call to suburban auto and they took care of me and reassured me my car would be safely delivered asap when every other driver put me on hold or just didn’t care about me my time or car.

and will be going to them next time I’m in trouble, as should anyone looking to actually get help rather than waste time and money on a lesser company.
Damon. I’m glad your ok. People, pay attention to tow truck drivers. Damon almost got pancaked while loading my car. Risking his life to load my car tonight. A semi scraped his arm. That’s how close. And another one literally hit the truck and would have hit it worse had Damien not reacted and moved as far right as he could. And apparently the first truck I didn’t see but heard as Damon barely escaped that one hitting him when he got out. All of that. And Damon was more worried about me. My car. And me having to see all that. That’s someone that cares about what they do and risk their life doing it.

I had a great experience overall. I never felt like I was being squeezed…. everything was straightforward and fair. They worked around my schedule, the rates were exactly what I expected, and Damon was the picture of professionalism. Honestly, I wouldn’t waste my time with anyone else!

Great people to work with! My parents were stuck on the interstate at 4:30 in the morning on a Sunday. Being that time most places were either closed or had a two hour wait. Found this place and Kevin picked up when I called. Helped offer solutions and eventually was able to get ahold of Austin and helped my parents get off the road. Austin even took my parents home! Definitely recommend them and will be using them for future services! Thank you Kevin the tow man and Austin!!
By far the best and cheapest tow company I've ever used. The owner was friendly from the get go and though he was unavailable, he found a driver to come save us. Other companies were over $70 more, plus an hour to hour half wait. Our driver (Damien) was there in 15 minutes. Damien was very cool, made us feel comfortable, carried great conversation, got my vehicle backed into a tight spot, then showed my son hownto put the flat bed back up and let him do it. Friendly, cheap, fast, and great service
Austin was so helpful. They were able to send someone in 35 mins when other companies were quoting over an hour. Austin gave me some advice on how to handle the repairs with the dealership and he checked out the car before the tow. All around the experience was fantastic.
Austin was my tow driver and he really went above and beyond for me. Not only did the man get me off the highway when I had a flat tire, but he went out of his way to get me same day replacement (on a Sunday afternoon! At a third party shop!) so I wasn't stranded. It's rare to meet a guy that genuinely cares about helping people. Words can't adequately express my gratitude for all his help. They'll definitely be my first call if I'm in need of another tow. Austin is the BEST!!! Austin's towing and automotive service business is suburb, honest, fair, reliable, and first class!! After buying a vehicle at a nearby auction, I was (extremely fortunate) to have Austin and his family help me. I didn't realize the vehicle had a damaged lower control arm and inner tie rod. Austin, Phil, and Kevin were super awesome, and they eased my mind. I'm not used to these kind of high quality people from where I'm from. Austin, Phil, Kevin, and family are very rare, outstanding people. The repair was so great, the alignment place we took it to said our XB aligned perfectly. Additionally, thanks to Austin, Phil, and Kevin, we were able to drive our XB to Arizona with (perfect) straight driving. I hope to see these guys again (just to stop and say hello) when we visit family in Indiana in a year or two. There's no better place to take your vehicle or have it towed than Austin's Suburban Auto Recovery. I never found anyone like them anywhere. I wish they would move to Arizona.
I'll def be using these guys again if needed in the future. I've never had a tow go as smooth as it did with suburban auto recovery. Very friendly and professional. Most other tow company's seem annoyed they're there but I genuinely felt like Damon wanted to help. 100% recommend this company if you need something towed
Extremely professional from the moment I called. Even though they were busy, they dispatched a driver that arrived within the hour. Damon, who was thetow truck operator, arrived and quickly assessed the situation and got my vehicle loaded into the flatbed in short order. Damon was extremely professional and courteous, calling me from the drop off site to check to see if it was okay with the mechanic if he dropped the vehicle off in front of the bay door since my steering was out, to make it easier for them to get the vehicle in the bay in the morning. He even correctly assessed what caused the steering to go out. While I do not want to have to have a vehicle towed anytime soon, I would recommend this company to anyone to use. Thank you!
