I called At least 8 road call services around Dayton, OH area and only 1 out the 8 service providers in the area did help me out, I had water pump that went out on cascadia on Saturday night and called them and no dealer was open they found the part on Sunday morning and came to my truck at 10AM at the flying J, the truck was back on the road 2 hours later, the service fee was also reasonable, I greatly appreciate for your service and I recommend this business to O/O or business,

I call in hoping to get my tire repaired, but was told they didn’t have time. Strangely enough, the moment I showed interest in buying a used tire from them, they did have time. Funny how that works. It feels like they prioritize upselling over actually helping customers. Not impressed, won’t be coming back.

I had a problem with the front bearing. The bearing was making a humming noise. I got there by myself. It was 4 PM. The mechanic took on the job despite the late hour and repaired it. The price was a pleasant surprise because another place had asked almost three times more. I took the truck for a drive, and everything seems fine.

Interstate is the best truck and trailer service by far. For 1 they are quick to fix the problem. No long waiting and dragging you around. For 2 they have the best rates and will not bust your pockets compared to loves truck stop who was charging double in prices. 3 they are honest and not sabotaging your equipment so they can make more money. There reputation is everything to them and that’s all truckers be wanting at the end of the day , is a shop to trust. Jordan is one of the best mechanics I dealt with since I’ve been trucking!

I broke down on a Saturday night around 6pm blew out a U-joint was able to make it to their shop. Their service Tech Joe was absolutely amazing very honest up front and very professional. I was up and running the following morning back on the road. I highly recommend recommend this company to anyone that needs help when they break down. The rates are very good this company is not out to rake ppl over the coals. Overall experience is a 10 out of 10. Thanks for the great experience and getting me back rolling the following morning and a special thanks to the mechanic Joe for ur great work.

Breaking down on the side of the interstate no matter why is horrible especially when the temperature outside is freezing and you can't start your truck to keep warm we called a few companies would wanted alot of money and the wait time to get to us was incredibly long so my wife found interstate truck repair side note she is all about reviews first, me not so much well anyways she called them and the lady can't remember her name was extremely nice and understanding to us and said it would be 1.5 hr till they could get to us and well they were out to us and fixed in the 1.5 hr time line Thank you for getting us back in going in less than the time we were told , Joe came out very nice and professional got us running and we were back rolling.. Highly recommend and won't say price but will tell you they were way under what everyone else was gonna charge as an owner operator that means alot Thank yall so much ..we will for sure recommend Interstate truck repair to everyone we broke down on I 75 south in Troy Oh . So if your anywhere near the Dayton Ohio area give these folks a call ..

Hello I am an O/O for landstar, I was just starting my shift Monday evening headed I -70 west leaving the TA in London, OH. I made it about 20-25 minutes down the freeway and I noticed my air pressure starting to drop, I pulled over to the shoulder and both air valves popped out. My air pressure drop to 0, so I thought my compressor went out on me because it wasn’t building any air. I called the closest road service near me which was Big Brake road service they came out heated the air dryer with a hand torch and charged me $589 and said I’ll have to go get my tow truck and let you sit in the shop to heat up and let the ice in the air lines melt. So he gave me an estimate close to$1200 because the tow was gone be $600 plus 3-4 hours sitting in the shop. I told him to go head I’m talking to another road service which was Interstate the young lady Meranda was so professional and she apologized for the other company over charging me and still not fixing the issue. I asked if I could get towed to them, she replied my guy can come and get the ice out the lines from the side of the road no need for a tow. I wasn’t confident about it and she said if he can’t get you rollin I want charge you anything so I said ok. I was waiting less than 30 minutes and Joe pulled up and went rite to work, he was very knowledgeable about clearing the ice out the lines and was nice and holding a conversation while getting the job done. I was there with him passing tools and watching traffic it was 8 degrees so we were both freezing. It took about 30-40 minutes and he had the lines clear and air pressure rising again. I was too happy and they charge me almost 1/4 of what the Big Brakes guy charged me. If you have a breakdown on I 70 near the Dayton area even if you are further out I recommend these guys. Joe is a very hard worker and he’s knowledgeable about these trucks, If I was to breakdown in the area again I would choose these guy 10 times out of 10. Good job INTERSTATE and hats off to Meranda and Joe. Thanks again you guys.

Semi truck broke down on i70. I had a different a road service come out to get truck started and they were unable to. That company charged me $1300 for swapping out 3 batteries! And testing truck starter. Friday night I called several companies in the Dayton area they say they would be closed until Monday morning. Being on the side of the road was not an option! 1) I would have to get it towed and wait till Monday morning! I called Interstate Truck repair, i explained to them my situation and the gentleman was very confident that his road service could get my truck started and back on the road rolling! I took his word for it. 30 minutes later mechanic was working on figuring out what the issue was! Very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic was able to get me going for half the price of the first road service! These guys came through and kept their word! I was informed as to what they were doing along the way. Cost was fair and service was provided in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend this shop/ service for any semi truck repairs! Thank you Interstate Truck Repair You saved the day I will add you to my contacts. You will be the first shop I call if I have the need of a mechanic in your area. On The Map Trucking Inc.

I blew a trailer tire right on interstate 70. When I pulled over I didn't realize there was interstate truck repair to my right. Gave them a call. They told me to come on in. The guy was super nice and was grateful for my patience as he completed another tire repair. I did my best to assist because he did seem pretty exhausted. The other trailer needed a new tire on his rim. We all know how exhausting that can be. Luckily for me I had a spare tire on a rim that just had to be swapped. It was all done within 30 minutes.

These guys were lifesavers on Christmas Day 2021. Diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently; I had put diesel gas in my tank vs regular. Hats off to Blaine for going above and beyond for this stranded traveler

We called them for a steering tire that blew out we gave them the size they said OK 60 to 90 minutes so they showed up in about 90 minutes stated that the truck needed a tire and a wheel they didn’t even bring a tire with them so they had to go to loves to purchase both a tire and a wheel. I called him back at 4:30 he stated he was waiting two hours on us to call to approve the purchase now it’s five after five they just showed back up to put the new tire and wheel on. The company doesn’t even have an air jack he’s jacking it up by hand. 5:16 and just installing the new wheel and tire! Well it’s 5:33 & waiting on the bill. Now it’s 5:40 and he’s done with me and finally on my way to deliver.

Stay Away from this “repair” Shop. After telling my Corporate Service Dept they could fix a antifreeze hose leak, I drive to their shop, to sit 2.5 hours waiting on “Mechanic”, then one shows up tells me he knows nothing about repairing hose, so another one is on way. At this point I called Local KW service dept, they couldn’t get me in but they would be open until 11 PM. By time another mechanic shows up, tells me can’t get hose until morning can’t fix till morning. If your “road service Mechanics” can’t fix a heater hose, what can they do, except have ride around in “service” pick up with girlfriend. Should bill them for my 2.5 hr waiting. CAUTION THIS PLACE IS S JOKE!! Had I had my tools and way of getting new hose could and would have replaced myself. Thanks for nothing y’all

The mechanic is definitely not an expert in his field. He tried to fix the abs lights and clearance lights on the trailer but ended up messing it up and couldn't even put it back together. And for all this, we spent 5-6 hours of time and almost $500 of money. And by the way, the mechanic's name was Blaine. So we just lost money, and time, then called another mechanic from roadside service and he came and fixed everything in 45 minutes and it was even cheaper. Hence, I do not recommend Interstate Truck Repair to anyone at 7739 New Carlisle Pike, Huber Heights, OH 45424!

Joe is a great mechanic! We got broke down with EGR cooler leak on one of our kenworth and Joe replaced those seals very quick and for a good price! Also he helped with towing. If anyone has issue with the trucks I would recommend this place.

I'm an owner operator leased on with landstar express America. I had an expedited high value load on my truck ...When my fan hub expired on me in Springfield , Oh ...I had to call a wrecker and had my truck towed to Interstate Truck Repair . Those guys at Interstate Truck Repair ordered a new fan hub for my truck ( via overnight shipping) at no charge and fixed my truck once the part arrived.. Thanks to their actions, I was able to deliver my load in time without being fined for being late.

Took 90 minutes to get to me; not because they were busy, dispatch had to wake up the mechanic. The mechanic did a fine job replacing an air line coupler in about 35 minutes. Then I was charged for 2.5 hours (their minimum) plus $100 road service fee. $435.34 to fix an air line. Too slow and WAY too expensive.

Found out, after getting home, that tires installed were wrong load range. Working with them to correct issue. Updated: Changed two stars to four after owners offering to correct issue with correct load range tires and even doing it at my home. No additional cost. That is what I expect from customer service and they stepped up.

call these guys for a broken brake chamber on a trailer. they came, replaced and welded new one on for $489. fine, it's on the road repair, we are expecting it to cost higher than normal. However that weld only held for a bit over 100 miles and new chamber they welded on fell off. Driver called mechanic that did the job about it and they never answered or called back.

This is the worst repair shop I have ever had to deal within the heavy haul industry or any kind of industry dealing with big trucks... They repaired a drive line issue and 41 miles later broke the same issue and they would not honor a warranty on it.. Talk about wasting your money for 41 miles... Then had to pay $2000 to get a tow.. Stay away from this company at all costs they are crooks... In response to response..... It's funny someone else repaired it and everything works fine now but only go 41 miles and the same thing happens? again you did something wrong you did not honor your work your company is trash and I will stick to that.. Good day and I hope no one ever use you again your dishonorable and disreputable..

Lazy and overpriced as HELL! One and a half month ago my drive axle tire exploded. It was during the night so I parked the truck in front of their office. In the morning I entered the shop. They were pretending that I am a ghost, there were looking and almost going thru me like I don't exist so I had to talk to somebody who showed me that I am one of the last of his problems and without even listen waved me to another guy who was on the phone in his vehicle. After I waited for him next to his truck like 10 minutes he went out and walked away from me afraid that I am going to ask him to do something. I was shocked and needed few seconds to realize what just happened and then I catched up and told him that I need help. He was pissed but he said that he's coming. He removed the bad tire and when I gave him my spare one, he tried to install it with all the water inside. So I asked him what does he think is going to happen when this water freeze and I removed the water myself. Then I asked him to inflate the tire to 110 and he agreed...and when I measured it, it showed 90. I went inside to pay and met a woman who was the only person who acted like normal and she charged me over $90 labor...FOR TIRE REPLACEMENT USING MY OWN TIRE. I am not even owner of the truck and I shouldn't even care as much as do...I just like when people do it right and these guys DON'T
