I was calling around for tow service this place was close in my area. I asked this guy from this tow service place I Don’t know who I talked to but I politely ask how he was doing, Didn’t get a reply. I began engaging in conversation about the matter of needing a tow and the distance etc.. He immediately replied “I can’t help you sir my tow trucks down almost with an attitude and real dry about it, I replied “thank you have a good day”. His Reply was “Mhm”. very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend Just off conversation it’s a way you talk to a potential paying customer.
Gary went out of his way for me and I cannot thank him enough. He was kind, courteous and very reliable. He even called other shops for me as the original mechanic was a little iffie. I am not sure of who the "rude" person was. But it is DEFINITELY NOT Gary...

I’ve used Colin’s Towing for 8 years. I don’t trust anyone but them with my cars and my kids cars. They are a lovely family owned business! I have even seen them stop and help people just out of the kindness of their hearts! If I could give more stars I would!!!

Last year I tried calling around to different places since I locked my keys in my car. I said this from the beginning and asked how much it would cost and they gave me a price. I thanked them and said I would probably call back when I get other prices. They ended up being the cheapest and fastest, as I had just got off my shift at Donatos and didn't want to wait 3+ hours for another company. They said I "made them feel bad" and refused me service. Ended up tipping someone from another company an extra $20 because they got there faster than I thought. Don't call here thinking you can shop around, they'll turn you away.
Mr Collins was very nice and took very good care of both of my vehicles he has towed. I would srrongly recommend Collins Towing to anyone who neds a tow.
very nice guy. if you are respectful to him he will be respectful to you, on the other hand if you so happen to 1) not know how to speak on a phone or 2) do not know where you are broke down or what your actual location is, well then you should probably call someone else. I have had this company tow all my vehicles for years without a problem. i am always treated with respect and a "yes ma'am - no ma'am - attitude. if you are looking for a tow in HH he can hook you up.
Very rude people. I was there to pick up my vehicle the mechanic was working on. The mechanic on site is a great guy and trustworthy mechanic. Someone that lives at theproperty had a vehicle for sale on the property that I looked at while I was there to pick up my vehicle. I was told I couldn't drive it first. I said I wasn't comfortable buying a car I couldn't drive. He immediately yelled shut the door and get out. I said I'm sorry, I'm not trying to cause a problem.i just want to drive first. I was told to go get my car and get off his property.Again, the on-site mechanic is great.no problems with him.
