I was stuck in the snow and AAA informed me that they would not be coming out until after the storm 1st priority got me out!!! I thought I could make it but I did not So they came right back and got me home!!
1st Priority towing provided excellent service, Mike was there to tow my car within 30 minutes of my call. Mike was very professional and respectful. From Huber Heights to Brookville cost me less than $300.
I have road side assistance from Progressive insurance. Broke down at a gas station off of I-70 in Brookville. Progressive sent the call out and 1st Priority towing picked the call up. Waited an 1 and a half hours. They never showed up or called. Already having a bad time then they do that. Will not recommend them or use their services in the future.

Will came out to tow my broken down car tonight. He was on-time (EARLY!) and so professional and kind. He did a quick examination of my vehicle and then got it quickly and safely loaded on the flatbed truck. It was so nice having someone friendly when dealing with stress of a car needing serious help. I really appreciate finding excellent service, especially these days when it seems so rare.
Had some van trouble and needed a tow and I contacted 1st priority towing. Will response time was super fast. I’ve used 1st priority towing several times whether it was for a tow or my keys being locked inside my van. Pricing on a Tesla was $50 less than local competitor nearby. And I only got towed less than 5 minutes away. Competitor said I was more than welcome to use the less expensive company. Thank you Englewood Truck and Towing for their kind referral back to 1st Priority who I now trust and appreciate more than them for sure.

First time using this service through insurance, dispatch called to verify location before heading out. Wait time was typical for Friday night. Driver was very nice and asked if I had a request on where to put to put the vehicle. Great customer service all around during a frustrating situation. Will recommend to friends and family. Wheel was so AMAZING! He showed up faster than anticipated, he was able to do everything without any help. I submitted a tow request with my insurance, I got a text from my insurance saying a tow truck would arrive in 60-85 minutes about 5 minutes later the tow truck was calling to confirm my location.
Within the 30 minutes that I had submitted my request to my insurance company Wheel had already had my car on the trailer and was hauling it off to the auto shop! Super quick service! Wheel was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. I was nervous to have someone come tow my car but it needed to get into the shop asap. Thankfully Wheel showed up and got everything taken care of!

I got my car towed, the eta was 90-110 minutes. Waited for the time to go down then it said arriving soon. Jumped back to 50 mins. Ended up taking 2 1/2 hours for tow. The guy refused to talk to us. We tried to say hi and how are you doing, no response. Only thing he said to us was where he was taking it.
Will has been a great help to me. I've never left my vehicle with a tow before. He came in a timely manner and was even willing to help position my car at the shop.
Would leave a 0 star if possible. Unprofessional and rude. Eta's that change for hours. Do yourself a favor and do business anywhere else. Better off pushing the car home. You call to get an update after 3 hours late and no one answers. I'm glad my insurance got me a better provider (aces towing) were phenomenal. Do yourself a solid and look at the reviews of this place. They always say the same excuses, time to take accountability for your awful customer service.This place is a joke.
This company was chosen by my insurance company to tow my vehicle, which had a dead battery. I received a confirmation text message that the tow truck had been dispatched at 7:02am and that the ETA was between 70-100 minutes. I waited all day until around 4pm when a friend was able to pick me up and take me to buy a replacement battery, and eventually just cancelled the tow. They also refused to answer their phone all day. Absolutely terrible company, do not recommend. Would give zero stars if I could.
My insurance chose this company to put air in a flat tire and jump dead battery. The man who came out bent over backward to get the battery going and I didn’t think he would be successful. We got it going on the last try. He even fiddled around with the starter. I gave the man a tip because I was so appreciative of the outstanding service he provided. He was kind and courteous. Tried to use my roadside assistance and this company said 90-120 minutes ETA and here I am 4 1/2 hours later still no tow. After waiting 60 minutes they said they were en route. 3 1/2 hours is a long time to be en route, tried to call and get update on ETA the guy on the phone was very rude, poor customer service. My insurance tried to call 7 time and no answer. Would not recommend them at all, you can walk home faster!
My wife and I had to use this company after we were in a car accident. While we had been able to drive our car home, it was unable to be driven to the collision center the insurance requested, so insurance sent this company out. They showed up with a flat bed for a 2011 Chevy HHR, the driver took his own photos of what my car looked like before he began to tow my car, did not have me sign any damage waiver and then while trying to pull my car out of the parking lot and onto his truck in the alley, proceeded to completely total my car. I am including photos of the damage from the original accident and photos of the damage that the tow driver did to my vehicle. My insurance company and the 3rd party dispatch company that hired this company are both investigating why the driver never reported the accident. The two photos with quarter panel damage are what this company did to my car. The other two were from the original accident.
