Despite the circumstances of why I was there he was a very nice man and helped me get my belongings. No damage to my vehicle and kept it inside to keep anything from happening to the contents of the bed of my truck.
They were nice people but they tried to steal my jumper cables. They brought everything out of the car for me but claimed they "must have missed" the jumper cables, even though they were sitting on top of everything else. Dont trust them and MAKE SURE you get all your property returned.
Never ever use them they are thieves they steal items from onmm top of money that they quote you they add more and dont tell you n you have to call the police right there on the spot and 8u th rdsame
Thiefs. They steal stuff from the vehicles they tow and claim they don’t know anything. They don’t let you get your stuff from your vehicle they get in your vehicle and go through your stuff before you get there. Isn’t there some kind of law against this?
So they came to my house 4 am Friday morning and knocked on my door waking up my kids. Never gave me his name or company and wouldn't let me get my step daughters things out my car and they didnt even hook up my car properly being the fact the car was in park. I felt threatened for the simple fact that who knocks on someones door at 4 am just to tell someone they are repossessing someone's car. I told them to leave my property or id call the police for trespassing. I will be getting all my stuff out of my vehicle to include my stereo system. And its sad that the company I got the car from doesn't have any information about this so called auto recovery company. All they had was a phone number no names not even an address. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of the drivers.
