I came to C & D Collision Center after having my vehicle incorrectly repaired at a different body shop.
Both Craig and Jason were very informative and kind to work with and renewed my trust in local body shops. They identified and fixed issues that the previous shop messed up on and repainted the front bumper to better match the paint.
I would recommend this body shop to anyone and will be coming here for any future work!

When I say, C&D, & ESPECIALLY Jason @ C&D, are the BEES KNEES!!!! Y’all!! I have dealt with other businesses in this line of work & C&D is THE BEST!! Their customer service is impeccable! Many repair/collision shops are not “personable”. And they don’t necessarily have to be, but everyone I encountered at C&D were extremely friendly & professional. The work done to my vehicle was quick & FLAWLESS! My car looked brand new! I could tell my car had been washed & as I thanked Jason, he said “Yeah, we washed it & then it rained! So, I brought a towel out & wiped her off as best as I could.” WHAT?! Who cares THAT much?! Impressed is an understatement. I drove 30+ minutes to C&D even though there was a collision shop 5 mins from my home. And I will ALWAYS make the longer trip whenever I need to for this quality of work. I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason at C&D Collision, and I can't say enough good things! He was incredibly professional, kind, and made the whole process stress-free from start to finish. Setting up an appointment was super easy, and the team was very accommodating—both when I dropped off and picked up the car. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. We have a special color of paint on our car, and they matched it perfectly. The paint job came out flawless, and everything looks just like new! I was recommended to try Charlie and his team of professionals at C&D for damage done to the rear of my vehicle.
It was an insurance job and I am very impressed and happy as to how quickly everything was taken care of.
Charlie was in communication with the adjuster within the day, an appointment was given for repair after the approval of claim. Drop off was on Tuesday and my car was ready for pickup on Friday of the same week.
The bill that was sent to the insurance was almost half of what was charged for the same damage by another body shop that shall not be named.
If you live in the greater Dayton area or are even within the 30-45 minute drive of this establishment, I would highly "wreckommend" C&D for all your body shop needs.

Updating this review as I just had another car repaired there while I underwent a hip replacement. Within a week, Charlie the owner, called me and said the car was ready, and that they would be delivering the car to me since I was recovering. How cool is that?! You don’t get that kind of service from very many businesses! And sure enough, upon receiving the car, it looks like it came off the showroom floor! Thanks to all the staff at C & D Collision. Charlie and the team offer outstanding customer service. The at great at communicating via phone or text, they explain and with with you on everything regarding the care and service to your vehicle. I'm addition they go above and beyond providing a service mindset that left me with wishing they did more than collisions. Craig and the team at C&D were amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure your car gets back to exactly how it was prior to whatever damage it incurred. The attention to detail is outstanding and I fully plan on taking any cars that need body work back to them. Craig was very methodical and thoughtful when it came to working with me on getting my car repaired. I love my car and admit I am somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to anything to do with my car so I am always weary of getting burnt by body shops. That being said, the guys at C&D met and exceeded my expectations for the fix. You can’t tell anything ever happened if you looked at my car now. I also really appreciated the customer service that Craig showed throughout the whole process. He sat down with me, explained everything in detail, took my suggestions seriously, and made working with insurance a breeze. Whenever anything was slightly out of place or anything needed changed on the fly he made sure to contact me and coordinate with me to make sure things got done how I wanted. The team’s workmanship was also second to none. Definitely worth the wait to get my car in with them. Highly recommend checking them out if you need a body shop.

Was hit by an uninsured motorist near passenger rear bumper. 1st time using C&D Collision Center (was recommended by a friend) and was impressed with the work. Great customer service, project was done a day early and they swept the interior of my car and cleaned front windshield - BONUS! The experience I had was remarkable at C&D collision center, they not only fix my damage in a timely manner, They detailed and washed my car inside and out It looked like brand new when I picked it up. Late April rear end collision that put the car ar border line total. Estimate was $900.00 over insurance total loss value. Earliest appointment available when insurance was finally settled in June was August first was the earliest appointment available.
We decided to stick with C&D and risk the additional cost of repair out of pocket because of the experience of people we knew.
I can't say enough about the work they did, it was well worth the wait! They estimated 3 weeks to repair, getting parts was a nightmare, many pieces were discontinued and no longer available from the manufacturer. Charlie not only hit his estimate cost with no surprises but also hit his time estimate even with the additional work of having to source the pieces to make it a perfect repair.
Did I mention that the repair was perfect? Went to take a look at the end of week 2, all the metal was in, the entire rear end was rebuilt with no lining or coverings inside the rear of the car and it was impossible to tell where C&D's repair stopped and the factory assembly began.
Car is back, every piece in place like factory new, perfect paint match, perfect finish match, details that weren't part of the wreck taken care of as a customer courtesy.
The car is better than it was before it was wrecked, not just as good. Well worth the wait, easy to deal with, excellent communication, nailed their estimate. I'd wait as long as it took to get anything in here to get it repaired at C&D.
If I could give 10 Stars I would. It was well worth the two-month waiting list to get my car repaired from an accident. My car looks just as good if not better than it did when I purchased it 3 years ago. Charlie and his team did amazing work in the time promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done after an accident. I couldn't be happier.
There are few businesses that operate with the integrity that Charlie and the crew at CandD collision do. The reviews got me in the door but as soon as I spoke with these guys the team atmosphere was apparent and I knew they were the team for the job. Charlie was realistic from the start about the amount of time it would take to complete the job properly. He was accurate to THE DAY. When I arrived to pick up my car it was repaired to new condition. The old saying holds true “if you want something done right , call the guys that are busy”.

WOW is all I can say. From the time I called for a collision repair every single person I came into contact with was friendly and helpful, especially Charlie, who even asked to make sure I was okay. My whole front end and drivers side were jacked up. Once my car was dropped off, it only took them 3 weeks to completely repair AND paint my car, which is faster than other things I've needed and less damage. When I picked my car up, it looked BRAND NEW. After picking up my car, multiple employees just sat and chit-chatted with me for a few minutes, I felt like more than a customer. I am incredibly impressed and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you C&D Collision!!
I was involved in an accident and found C&D using a Google search. Their reviews were great and they were near me. It took several tries to get a bumper to fit my car, but they stayed on it.
They even had me come out and look at the bumpers they were trying. My car looks better now than it did before I brought it to them (not counting the accident). I am completely and thoroughly thrilled with the work they did. They know their work and take pride in it. I will be bringing any body work I have to them. They treat you and your car like family.
I highly recommend this place. They did an amazing job!!! It doesnt even look like my car was ever damaged. I love the detail work inside and outside of the car as well. Definitely worth the 5 stars!
Charlie and his team did an outstanding job of repairing my Chevy Equinox! Extensive hail damage removed in under 2 weeks. Made dealing with the insurance and rental car companies so easy; I couldn’t have asked for more and can not recommend C and D Collision more highly. Totally impressed...fantastic job! I hope I don’t require repairs in the future but if I do I’ll be bringing my car here!
