If you are a transporter and get here at 8am when they are open for business don't count on seeing them start working until 9. Completely inconsiderate to other peoples time. This is why I try to avoid this place like the plague.
They close when they want. Do not believe the 5pm closing time. Drivers do not like this kinda crap makes us have to cancel the load or stay overnight just bc of them. The client expects us to get their vehicle but IAA doesn’t care they got their money. Inconsiderate people. The yard is not closed if you need to drop off however or the office. It’s just if you want to load get here before 4pm. There is no reason they are not that busy. The other IAAs have this one put to shame.
Day 2
Second day attempt to load arrived at door opening and it took less than ten minutes for paperwork. Then after 45 minutes another waiting driver went back in the yard and found guy just sitting in the fork lift. Sitting there with the forks under a vehicle and he is doing nothing. It took over an hour to get one vehicle! One more star done. I hope any driver that reads this adds to it. It’s the only way to get companies like this to work and do their job is for the drivers to make it happen. This company responded with a generic reply. I want to know what is going to be done!!!!!!
Very poor Customer service drove four plus hours and was turned away at the gate at 4:34 REALLY BAD business most businesses have a 15 min Window WOW and wonder why the Economy is going to trash, LETS STARVE THESE AUCTIONS AND NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE DO BUSINESS HERE
Their “run and drive” cars don’t run and drive. How can a car drive with a steering gear box missing?
No bathroom. Complete waste of time. Worst IAA I’ve ever been to in the country.
Picked up a 2 inop.vehicle from IAA Tulsa. I had to rearrange these vehicles do to scheduling changes I did call ahaed and talked to mike( menager) and I went in&out 1/2 n hour with switching places for 4 cars accordance with our new schedule.Thank you guys.
Great staff will assist you with salvage vehicles. There are a lot of surcharges these days, including a weird 20 dollar payment fee for in person payment. But salvage can be profitable and it's a lot more fun with good people.
It's sad when the employees don't want to help. And when someone decided to take the time and get off a personal call to finally get to you another employee walks in. They explain that I have driven over an hour for nothing because my electronic payment has to sit for a day? I have been a car dealer since 2014 and this is the 1st time I have ever heard this. Ironically this isn't the policy in Columbus. I wonder if I was a different color would that have made a difference? Welcome to America today, where race still plays a part in how your treated.
They purchased and picked up my car today, but cut me a bad check. So it wasn't purchased, IT WAS STOLEN. I'll be reporting this to the police if I don't have a good check in hand in 24 hours. I'll be by tomorrow to either pick up my vehicle or to have a new check issued that isn't bad. And yes, I will be bringing law enforcement with me.
Unfortunately I wrecked my vehicle and my insurance company stored it here at IAA. Upon arriving the lady behind the counter was nice and helpful. When my car was brought up for me to clean it out I couldn't get in the hatch. A man who works there stopped and helped and went and got something to open it. He also went and got some bags for me to put stuff in as I was absent minded and forgot. He helped me bag a few things as I was having some trouble due to my injuries. The storage yard looked very well maintained and in order. Highly recommend them!!
please dealer or public byers watch out about the manger and worker of this action the will add junk car in ur account and the telling u u bid or u did buy fast when u ask them for ip the don't pervade u because the will get couch don't buy car from there thank u
They have some of the highest buyer fees, especially for non-dealers. Definitely not up to date with all the technology that's available. The office personnel at this location are okay but some others are in no hurry for sure.
staff bad stand 20 minutes not who can not get up from their chair and come up for a very long time they made out the title is not happy. The management, please, conduct a conversation with your employees so that they work faster, since other people also have work and you need to respect others and not just yourself ((((((
I went 2 times to Dayton , to pick up a vehicle. The agents were sooo rude , I asked Tammy a question and she got an attitude for no reason and she was being rude . The second time I went and she asked me what I wanted in a rude way. The agents from Indianapolis are way nicer than here. But I plan to come back to get another vehicle, I hope they’re not rude
