What happened to this business? I've been there several times and it's always busy, it's not the same as before. I bought a battery that didn't last long.
Ever since been passed away the business went downhill they overcharge you now and they're never and when they're not here they'll put a note on the door saying they're at lunch until 1:30 and they still don't show up until late it is now 1:44 and they are still not here very bad business since Ben's been gone I recommend not coming to this place anymore because I won't I will be looking for a new place
One star is generous. I could have put $40 more together and bought a brand new battery from advance that works. Cost me hundreds of dollars between towing and coming out to see if Ben wants to even open his shop for the day. Not the same shop it was years ago.
As soon as you walk in there's batteries on concrete. But at your own risk, had my battery for less than a month and it died. Then Ben refused to give me a replacement, I had to call the police to have him give me another battery that needs a jump right off rip. Dead cell batteries is what this place should be called!
Good place to sell alternators, batteries, catalytic converter. As honest appraisal you will get. Pay the best in my opinion. Quick service. Knowledgeable employees
I attempted to save money by using them for a battery replacement, but they ended up damaging my computer and refuse to take responsibility for it. As a result, it will cost me much more than what I initially saved. I would not recommend their services; you will be taking a risk by using them.
They must just pick a price at the top of the head because I wasn't able to get my car started so I couldn't get over there but the battery went from 50 to 60 to 70 dollars each time and it was within a 2-day period. Seem kind of scamish to me. The 1st guy was nice but the workers are scamming. Then said their card machine doesn't work bring cash . The 1st guy said we can take your card.
This is a review the locals should be required to make. This Battery shop has helped as many people as Jesus has (I’m joking but not too much, They really have helped masses of people) Their prices are always fair. They’re good people (solid). They understand those struggling and they’re literally one of the last stores that’s morally sound when it comes to doing good business. They go above & beyond for many of their customers, Myself included. I will never buy another battery anywhere but Ben’s. Their pricing is always worthy when you know the stores actual value, Every battery you buy here is literally getting paid forward.. Whenever someone shops here. All the batteries I’ve bought (5 total ) from Ben’s have been better priced here, Than anywhere online or locally that I could find. Ben’s is also upfront with the fees/cores so you know exactly how much you’re paying without receipt shock or headache. Ben’s warranties are useless to talk about because they never leave you hanging with a battery you bought from them just remember to be considerate when speaking to them, They work their axxes off in this shop and they’re always giving 110% when I stop in and still have the time to treat me like a friend (That I appreciate) Thank each and every one of you at Ben’s!!!
Call them up. They had what i needed and at a great price friendly, in and out and back on the road in under 15 minutes. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.
First they said 200 for the battery then it went up to 250 so I said "nah I'm good " I went and got the battery I was looking for from interstate for 100

Bought a battery here 2 days ago. My husband dropped it off the truck and broke it. Totally our fault. Went to get a replacement fully expecting to pay for it, but was given a replacement at no charge. We would have gladly paid but did not have too. Always support local. Thank you fellas!
My first time buying a battery here. And my experience with service pricing and customer service is unmatched I will never buy another new battery ever thanks to the guys at Ben’s battery. Bless your heart! Your new customer.
Ben's batteries does really stand behind their product. They are reconditioned batteries. I had a problem with one that I had purchase from him. You should identify that it was his and probably gave me a new one at no further charge
These guys are amazing. I got a one year warranty on a $50 battery they put it in for me they put shims on it make sure it's all tightened down. Gentleman thank you very much and have a Merry Christmas much appreciated will recommend you guys to everyone I know thank you so very much
These guys are great, they take care of everything. They're old school, but they take care of everything, and they do a great job. They take care of the whole installation process. You're in and out the door with a quickness.
I have been buying my batteries from Ben's for over 40 years, they take care of any problems that I have had right away, I just bought a car battery and battery for my Tractor, great place to buy a battery that is number One in my Book, SPLINT Ben's is the place to go.
Been going to Ben's for a long time. Can't beat the prices and they'll stand behind what they sell. I had 2 batteries for wave runners that pooped out on me. Bob didn't have only new ones so he just gave me 2 NEW batteries and that was it. NOBODY will do that!!
Idk how many reviews I've done, or if I've ever wrote after giving a star rating, but when I tell you this was the best customer service experience I've ever had, I mean it, hands down. Will definitely be coming back here, again and again. Cool people and awesome prices, had me in and out in 10 minutes, great great great experience.
Great place to buy reconditioned/used batteries! I've been going to Ben's for over 10 yrs. Everytime I've needed a car battery! They even remove bad battery and install the one you purchase from them! Great Customer Service! Very friendly Fast and Nice Atmosphere!
