Very smooth and effortless experience at Carl’s. This was my first time needing to find a body shop and I was blown away at the customer service and how great my vehicle looked when I picked it up. Ed was very informative and took care of all of the details with insurance and delivered a clean, good as new jeep at the end. Would 100% call them first the next time.
I picked up my Toyota Highlander today from Carl's Body Shop after some man rammed the back of it at a light and drove backwards to become a hit and run. Needless to say I was distraught after that accident happening to my car that had never been involved in one before. (neither had I!)
The people at Carl's professionally walked me through the repair process. I got a date that the work would be started and then an estimate of the finish time.
When I picked up my car it was like brand new. It shone in the sunlight with the repairs done beautifully. It was detailed outside and inside. You can tell that Carl's Body Shop takes great pride in the work they do and rightly so!

The sunroof was messing up day 1 and completely stopped working day2…reichard was unwilling to help and so we turned to Carls Body Shop! Just amazing customer service and truly wanted to help us! Had two vehicles towed off the lot in record time . Tow truck driver Steve towed the vehicles out into the street so the flatbed tow truck had easy access. He then hooked the other vehicle and was out of there quickly. All safety measures were taken to ensure safe delivery of the vehicles! A class act in record time!
Matt and the team from Carl's Body Shop & Towing did the Dayton community an incredible service when they helped move the Dayton Holiday Festival floats to their new garage. The drivers were skilled, efficient, and just incredibly nice. I cannot say enough nice things about them, because they helped save Christmas!

We broke down in our chevy express van with 5 kids on I-70! Carl's towed our van and repaired it competently. Colt loaded the van up in a rainstorm and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! He dropped us off at a hotel and made sure we had what we needed. Matt and the mechanics at Carl's worked tirelessly to diagnose a perplexing problem and got us back on the road ASAP. Abby at the front desk was fantastic, keeping us updated and really working to get our van back to us. Everyone was so accomodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I took my 2024 Toyota Crown to Carl's Body Shop to have damage to my front driver's side and they did an amazing job! It looks fabulous! This is the second car I've taken to Carl's and I am absolutely pleased with the awesome work they do! I highly recommend!
I got a flat tire close to the shop and Lindsey and Brice were extremely helpful and kind. They got my tire fixed and I was back to work in no time at all. A true breath of fresh air in their caring for their jobs and their customers.

Steve, is awesome! Very professional and cares about safety. He has towed my vehicle in the snow, at night and in extreme heat. He waited for my ride to come due to being in a dangerous area and was very patient. He does a wonderful job. Thank you Steve, I hate having all the issue with my vehicle, but I’m pleased when Steve arrives to assist.
The shop came to my rescue: a car rented from the airport while visiting family in Dayton was mysteriously speckled with a significant amount of blue paint . Within four hours Carl’s Body Shop restored it to looking brand new. I received quick and pleasant service. The service charge was reasonable.
I had an accident with my Dodge Viper, and wanted to get it fixed but my insurance company wanted to total the car out. Matt , the owner of Carl's was so incredibly helpful with my claim. After going back and forth for weeks with the insurance company, I was ready to throw in the towel but he encouraged me to keep trying for a more favorable outcome concerning the price that was offered for my Viper. Long story short, I ended up getting another $12,000.00 thanks to his knowledge of the business and support. Obviously I have nothing but praise for Matt and Carl's Body Shop. I recommend that if you want someone who actually cares about their customers, take your car to Carl's. You just don't see this kind of concern for people anymore. I have also seen paint jobs at some of the car shows I attend, done by them and they look amazing. Thank you Matt, for all your help. I found another Viper and the extra 12 grand, allowed me to,get a much better car than I would have been able to afford....
Great service. Ed was knowledgeable and helpful in getting our quote and setting everything up for us. He communicated everything very clearly. This gave me peace of mind knowing our vehicle was in good hands. Repairs were done in a timely manner. So grateful that everything went so smoothly to get the vehicle back out on the road.
Took my boyfriend’s truck there recently and was blown away with how great their work is. The customer service is unmatched and his truck looked brand new after repairs. I can’t think Audra enough for taking the time to make sure everything went perfect. If you want amazing service and a body shop that has top notch communication this is your shop. We will definitely be back. Can’t think everyone enough for all their hard work.
My car's rims and tires were stolen this past weekend and my insurance told me they couldn't move the car until Monday. I was really stressed out thinking they would come back for the 2 other rims and tires still on my car and called around and found Carl's Body Shop. Steve was able to pick my car up so quickly and got my car to safe and secure place. I feel really confident knowing they are taking care of my car. Steve even got some doughnuts to put on my car to minimize the body damage and so that it was on 4 wheels. I really cannot stress how great of a company they are. Quick, fast, super friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, understanding, and amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE: I finally got my car back after about a month and was so happy to see all of the previous damage was gone! Mike even went the extra step and vacuumed my car out for me! Having it back really helped me lock into my college work and graduate! I am forever grateful to this team and will recommend them in the future!
Carl’s body shop has worked on my car twice in the past 5 years. I’ve been very pleased both times. My car looks brand new! It was clean when I picked it up, inside and out! Great customer service and very accommodating. I remember how well they did when my car was damaged during the tornado. I ended up hitting an animal on the highway and damaged my car a few weeks ago. I went back to them again. My car is driving great and looks great. 1000/10 would recommend!
Carl’s Body Shop is top notch! The body work they performed on my vehicle was well done and to my complete satisfaction. I was very fortunate to have my repair process assigned to a gentleman by the name of Ed. I truly enjoyed working with Ed. His communication and customer service skills are excellent.
I drive a 2023 Elantra and was in an accident about six months ago. I got an appointment within two days, and the repair work started quickly. Some parts arrived late, and my rental car coverage from insurance expired. Ed from the body shop generously provided me with a car for daily use for almost 10 days, which was incredibly helpful.
Recently, I had another issue with my car, and once again, Ed assisted me without requiring an appointment.

Carl's work is exceptional when it comes to both repairs and detailing. I recently brought my Volkswagen in after a rear-end collision, and the estimate and scheduling process was quick and efficient. Throughout the repair, we received regular updates via text, keeping us informed of the progress. We also requested a detail, and the car came back looking even better than when we dropped it off. I highly recommend Carl's for any repair or detailing needs.

Had a new bumper put on my Dodge sprinter van. They did a fantastic job! They completely detailed the van on the inside and out. Wow thank you so very much! They went above and beyond I could not be happier. And the detail shop WOW outstanding!!! If you want an outstanding fantastic job done don't ever take your vehicle anywhere other than Carl's body shop. A very very happy customer!!!
I was a little frustrated at the beginning but in the end, they did their job well. The only thing I want from them is to give an exact delivery date. Take a month if you want but it helps with a guaranteed delivery date. Joe is extremely professional.
