Called for tow, informed 60-90 minutes, 3 hours later no tow, after several phone calls and being to 15-20 minutes no tow….recommend using another company.
The driver arrived sooner than expected. Easy to work with the driver and with dispatch. Second time I have had to use in the past few months. Both times positive experiences.

Bret did a great job towing my lowered Shelby F150 after I broke the drive shaft. I was worried that the flatbed and my spoiler would fight... And they would have if he didn't know exactly how to avoid it. Five Star service for sure.
I am a 71y.o. woman, and the weather was very hot. Adam showed up timely. He was very polite and professional. He even called afterwards to see if everything was okay.
They were there quickly to tow me to the mechanic. The driver actually had to wait on me for a while because I was scrubbed in a surgery at work when they arrived. Super nice driver and very accommodating!
Very friendly. Very prompt didn’t have to wait long. Very competent, I explained to the driver how a previous company dropped my driveshaft damaging the shaft resulting in 8 days downtime. Most other companies remove the driveshaft and U joints. He explained to me that if they had to tow the truck from the front, they would remove the half axles and flanges. Other wrecker services need to take note. Over my driving career I’ve needed wrecker services at least four times. I wish I remembered the man’s name. He had a total of 56 years of experience and it absolutely shows.

My car overheated on the expressway. The driver arrived before the promised time (thank u!) and gave me a ride back to the dealership. I’m not sure about the fee as the dealership paid for the tow.

Chris was a true all around professional. He was polite, customer oriented and excelled at his job. It was a hot, miserable afternoon and he went above and beyond in getting our truck and 32' camper to the service garage while allowing us to remain cool in his air conditioned cab. Our company has used Sandy’s for a long time. It’s always a pleasure dealing with them. They make it very easy for us and they’re quick to get to the broken down vehicle and get it taken care of.
7/15/25 semi truck drive shaft break off at a stop light and Sandy's was the there with 45 minutes. Very reasonable price for the distance compared to their competition Englewood towing who wanted $300 more than what Sandy's towing charges. Nice soft spoken lisa who was courteous the entire time. Hopefully I dont have to use them in the near future but if I happen to need a tow, am definitely calling these guys.
Called Sandy’s to deal with a transmission failure on a very special sports car, that can only be towed a certain way. The two drivers sent out to remedy and complete the task did so with great efficiency and professionalism. They took good care of the vehicle with ZERO complaints or damage to my vehicle.
We can’t say enough good things about the experience we had with Sandy’s. We broke down truck and trailer in the middle of the night. We called 3 other 24 hour towing companies. Two never returned our calls and one answered but said he couldn’t help nor did he know anyone who could . Only thing I’m going to say to that is “oh ok”. Ridiculous. Sandy’s Towing answered with a live person, came right away, gave us a tow and dropped us off so we had a place to stay for the rest of the night. They went above and beyond to help us out.. Austin was our driver and he was very accommodating and helpful as was the entire staff! We would highly recommend. There is no other towing company to call if you want immediate and great service. I used Sandy's to get my van towed from work after 2 of my studs snapped off and they were amazing. Very friendly, polite and understanding of my situation and working around me being at work.
Scheduling was quick and the driver called me within 15 minutes saying he was on his way to me. Driver was courteous and very knowledgeable. I will call them every time I need a tow.

The person that came to jump my car battery was
very nice very respectful very caring and very helpful cause I wasn’t able to get down to the car with the key so he came to my apartment and got the key went out and started jump my battery And he told me to let it run for 15 minutes so and then if it doesn’t work doesn’t start today to call him back cause I want him to do a diagnostic check on the battery, but my understanding is it has to be full powered fully charged before they can run a check on it so anyway it was nice. I had to have my class A rv towed and literally no one but Sandy's would do it. I dealt with Brian. He was very kind and informative. The driver did a good job. The only issues I had is that he was going to remove an axle as opposed to the driveshaft. He ended up removing the driveshaft and although he put the hub cover back on, he didn't line it up correctly. Also, and more importantly, when he got my rvto its destination, he did not reinstall the driveshaft and stated it was company policy. I don't know if that is in fact policy or he chose not to do it. The shop I took it to said they had never ran in to that and that every tow driver reinstalled the axle. Unfortunately they had to and charge my a half hour rate of $70. Maybe someone could clarify your policy on that?? Otherwise, he towed it without any damage to the rv so for that I am grateful.
Watch out Service isn't consistent one tow truck driver seems like he actually cares about your car offering to put a wedge to prevent damage while be towed on flat bed due to alternator going bad. now recently I get towed second time they damaged my bicycle rack on my car.doesn't make sense one driver has common sense and other drivers don't care about quality service dispatcher says it's rusted like he's accusing me of lieing... Wow what great customer service???

Good guy, he helped me out when someone towed my trailer. I couldn't find it. My friend sold it and wouldn't give it back. And he told me who towed my trailer it was in the empty parking lot.
