Used there services got little incident tow truck driver picked up vehicle gave him my key. Had go in person next day get release for my vehicle for insurance went in and I’m informed they don’t have my key told them gave it to tow truck driver said sorry we don’t have key and never received it, so now they don’t want to admit they lost the key and don’t want to pay for new keys only key I have, so now my truck at shop waiting to get estimate from insurance put shop can’t do anything because don’t have key this 2025 vehicle which ain’t going to be cheap replace key. please people document everything if dealing with SANDYS TOWING, told me they did investigation but driver said never gave him key so Im lying? please be careful my vehicle delayed week now get just estimate because this company doesn’t want TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.
Representative on the phone was awesome for the initial tow request as well as the tow truck driver! The driver was very cordial in the midst of a major snow event. ●only negative comment is that it took 6 hrs to retrieve my vehicle. It would be great to have some form of notification or tracking for the customer to avoid any inconvenience/misunderstanding.
Amazing customer service!! I called AAA and was on hold forever. Sandy’s picked up right away, was very friendly, and worked it out with me get my car towed to a nearby shop.
I regret being assigned by my insurance to be helped by Sandy’s Towing. After 3hrs of waiting, in a freezing (-2Fa) after a heavy snow in the ditch, I did not get any help from my Road assistance till my insurance cancelled the assistance from you. I tried to be persistent 30 more minutes to see if I can get help but nothing changed just only keeping me on hold. I tried to call hotline for assistance and all promises were broken. At the end, I called the hotline again to ask your projected time, and the customer care person told me she has no plan and told me I am not the only customer to be served. This shows me unprofessionalism in what you do. From 2:31PM 7:10PM
horrible service i needed heavy duty towing, driver came, i told him what he's getting, then i come back out and he's gone and the trailer is still there. that's not even what I'm upset about, I'm mad at the fact that he just left without calling or anything, What kind of customer service is this??? will never use again. these people are lazy and can't do their job. if i could leave negative stars i would

Lost my key and did nothing about it. My wrecked car was towed to Sandy’s on broadway. We then paid them to tow it to an auto repair shop and the tow truck driver never dropped off the key. Ive been calling and coming by every couple days and they kept giving me the runaround saying they would get on it and give me a call but they never did. They claimed they never got the key but I kept asking them to pull the camera footage that would clearly show me handing the old guy the key but they never did. No accountability at all.
guy was kind and respectful. towed my semi no problem and waited 30+ mins for me and my girl to get a ride to the shop. definitely recommend if ur in a bind
The gentleman that came out and picked up our Kia van was awesome! It was not an easy tow as a wheel and front suspension were basically broken. He had a great attitude and was a pro! Keep up the good work!
After an accident we had to go to the lot to retrieve personal items. Clerk was very helpful with information. The man leading us to the car was courteous and even though it was cold and raining he attempted to take off the license plate for 2 ladies. Everyone was pleasant, which made the situation bearable. Thank you.
The driver arrived sooner than expected. Easy to work with the driver and with dispatch. Second time I have had to use in the past few months. Both times positive experiences.

I am a 71y.o. woman, and the weather was very hot. Adam showed up timely. He was very polite and professional. He even called afterwards to see if everything was okay.
Exceptional customer service from the start. Easily scheduled and executed the tow on our classic vehicle. Took extra care and concern to ensure no damage came to the vehicle. Driver (Will) went above and beyond to assist in making it a seamless process from pickup to drop off. Extremely happy with the service, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Watch out Service isn't consistent one tow truck driver seems like he actually cares about your car offering to put a wedge to prevent damage while be towed on flat bed due to alternator going bad. now recently I get towed second time they damaged my bicycle rack on my car.doesn't make sense one driver has common sense and other drivers don't care about quality service dispatcher says it's rusted like he's accusing me of lieing... Wow what great customer service???
Jeff was very helpful. Good guy, he helped me out when someone towed my trailer. I couldn't find it. My friend sold it and wouldn't give it back. And he told me who towed my trailer it was in the empty parking lot.
