Anyone can leave a bad review because they’re mad their car got towed / repossessed. Mine got repossessed over a simple error but I didn’t take it out on these guys at all like everyone else. Make sure you don’t always read the bad reviews. I want to thank the two gentlemen today that helped me out - I’m 8 months pregnant and they were both so kind. My car battery died in the lot from sitting in the cold (not their fault at all) and the one guy jumped it twice for me after I turned it off the first time at the gas station down the road (you’re supposed to leave the car running to let the battery charge up again!) but he drove down when I called to help me out! Thank you sir!! & to the man who did all the paperwork for me, thank you for being understanding & patient with me. Moral of the story - don’t be pissed for them doing their JOBS because you messed up. If you had a civil conversation with them they’d be willing to help you out, not jumping down their throats. Great manners & hard work all around. I also want to mention NOTHING was stolen out of my car it was all in the exact same spot I left it, and my purse & wallet were in the car too. Don’t blame them for your own misplacements.
People there were super nice. But one of them stole my magnetic charger off my windshield. I didn’t notice when I picked up the vehicle because I didn’t have my phone but the next morning I went to put my phone on the dash charger and it was gone. No point in asking them because they just say they didn’t do it. I was super happy with their customer service until I got in my car the next day and noticed it missing.
Chris is very courteous, polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Hopefully it will never happen again but if I ever have another repossession I would prefer that Chris is handling it.
i work in a dealership in columbus ohio and we have hired plenty of repo companies to do our repos and non of them have done the job they say well we cant find them well i searched repo companies in ohio and started calling them and i called DAC and Dave Answered the phone and i sent all the repo packets to him on 2/8 and on 2/12 we had two of our repos i really enjoy working with Dave and his team Again thanks for all your help and great communication
