Called for a tow took all my information and said a driver would call me. 30 mins went by called them back and the company said he was at another tow and would call in 30-60 mins then head my way. Completely different than what first person told. Then I was asking the guy a question and he hung the phone up on me. I called back and said you guy just hung the phone up on me cancel the tow. Completely unprofessional!
This company is AMAZING my daughter and I were stranded in Dayton due to car troubles in a place we have never been, stressed out and the Dispatcher Shawn SHE was a kind, compassionate caring soul, she arranged for a towtruck to pick my vehicle and us up and bring us back to Mccomb Ohio on a Saturday afternoon, that is approximately 2 hr. Drive. We felt safe and Brett reassured us we would get home safely, Brett was such a nice, caring guy. I have no idea what we would have done if this company would not have helped us. THANK YOU, BLESS ALL OF YOU...YOU COULDNT HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB! THANK YOU
I don't know what we would have done without Gabriel, I hope this is his location we were there from out of state without anyone to call. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure he got my vehicle and family somewhere safe.
I can’t remember his name, and I’m not sure if he necessarily worked at this location, but the gentleman who assisted me with towing me home was extremely kind. As a young woman, it’s hard to trust strangers due to creepy people, but he was so unapologetically kind, made sure to keep my emotions under control, kept conversation going. He talked to me about school and wished me well in life and told me all about his female friends. He made the experience all around a lot better and made me feel so safe. I would definitely recommend Sandy’s towing for future use.
Was told 90 minutes, but didn't get a call for 2 and a half hours. Was then told they couldn't tow me due to snowy roads, so I stayed out into the cold for no reason.
is it illegal for the tow truck driver to tow a vehicle with the person inside the vehicle??? jw because I just saw one of your guys towing a vehicle with a person still inside, load the vehicle on the truck and the drive off with the person strapped down to the tow truck bed. level 2 snow fall fyi. Just curious
So my experience with Sandy’s was actually horrible. We had our Ford Explorer towed and they punctured my gas tank which resulted in a $450 gas tank replacement. I submitted the damage claim because the shop we took it to and everything had proof that it was them dropping the car busting our tank We submitted the damage claim, and they have not gotten back to us at all regarding it definitely not trusting Sandy anymore
We had a great experience with Sandy's today!! The best priced, and the most friendly. They brought my Jeep from my husbands work in Middletown to our house in Miamisburg for a great price and the driver and helped explained what happened to the jeep and how to prevent it from happening again! I didn't catch the drivers name but he was amazing!!!! I'll be keeping the number saved in my phone in case we ever need help again!

Driver went through my yard to pick up a car at another location. Left ruts and possibly damaged sidewalk and curb. When confronted he all but said FU.
I just spoke with "Kathy" who works for the call center (Moraine/Dayton) and was able to help me so quickly and professionally, that I discontinued my "on hold" calls with rival companies. I had a lot of personal customizations that baffled (literally) every other business I called and Kathy handled it so well and smoothly that I was void of words.
When you need to find a company that will handle the towing problems you are unsure of.. Sandy's is your NUMBER ONE go to and I know from experience, Kathy will make your professional problems disappear
Called for services three times in a month. They are fast and reliable with smooth communication. I was not at the pickup spot or the destination, and Sandy’s Towing took good care of them at a reasonable price.
Emergency tow at 12:30 in the morning, they were there in under a half an hour and Chris was super nice and very helpful. I didn't end up needing a tow so they didn't charge me and the guy still made sure I got home safe(I was only about 100 ft from my house). I will recommend them to everyone I know. They made a really horrible night much better, I wish I could give them more stars.
DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES !!! Their customer service is abhorrent … my vehicle was towed from Marine, I emptied as much as I could out of the vehicle. The driver was great on scene. And that is where their service ends, I was sent to Chicago on a medical emergency sitting in a hospital and they are requiring me to send over a letter with notary stamp so my daughter to go pick up the rest of my things … through all my phone calls, talking to different people, following the instructions, which don’t work, and their lack of empathy for an extenuating circumstance. Finally had to get a hold of my insurance company. They are allowing my daughter to go to the lot they are towing towing it to and they’re gonna put everything in a bag for me. They have been the most difficult people to work with I have ever had experience with horrible.
No communication, very rude. I understand things take time and given pick up times are estimated. But they take your number to keep you updated while you’re waiting on the side of the road. They bypassed me twice to pick up other vehicles with no phone call, no update, no apology, nothing. Extremely rude and argumentative. Disappointing all around, not the kind of service you want when you’re stranded.
Called to get our truck out of the ditch on the, behind a guard rail on 35. While the driver didn’t call like the office said they would they where there within an hour and got the truck out quickly. Driver was very pleasant unlike AAA who didn’t help at all then then drive off without a word. An overall great experience during a chilly, rainy, stressful experience.
My son's car was towed on his way back to NC. Their website started 24hrs. I called repeatedly and kept being told there was no one available? Then when my son arrived Monday Morning the guy tried to shake him down stating WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH. When I offered various options for payment he continued to only ask for CASH. Even yelled and Screaming at my son...until I told him I worked for the Dept of veterans affairs and would be filing a complaint with the FTC. Then everything changed. All of a sudden they were able to take my cc ...but still REFUSED to accept my son's GOOGLE PAY? The guy DALE claimed IT'S NOT A SECURE WAY TO GET PAID

Sandy’s towing is my go to road side service company out there. I have used them several times and they have always been kind , quick and helpful. This time we used them though I was notified while in Florida a bunch of vehicles was vandalized at a Columbus airport and mine being one of them. I made a phone call while in Florida and they had a tow truck there waiting for us to get us home safely. Thankful we was notified so we was not stranded for hours and they was able to help with having someone there when we landed to get home safely. Thank you again to the driver Mario and the Sandy’s towing team!

This is the third tow I've had to get for the same vehicle, as upset as I am about having to get said tow I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with all aspects of Sandy's Towing. I live on the corner of a somewhat busy road and they were able to get it on the tow truck quickly both times and they showed up promptly all three times I was in need of a tow. Their customer service is spot on, they never make you feel rushed or as if your needs aren't important. Compassionate and professional. Thank you Sandy's Towing

The wonderful gentleman who came to jump my battery a few weeks ago was so professional and kind. I am so sorry that I do not recall his name, but I do recall he is of Italian descent because we discussed it (as I’m Italian as well). Sandy’s is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee!
Was driving my moms 99 Honda Accord where it died at a traffic light at the corner of New Germany and Beaver Valley. Called 911 and a trooper came about 13 minutes later. He then called Sandy's and in about 7 minutes the tow truck came. Tow truck driver quickly loaded up car and then dropped me off at mom's. He then took the car to Germain Honda. Bottom line: Excellent Service!
Awesome company. Quick, reliable, nice great customer service. Our driver was awesome and made it easy. A big F350 is hard to tow on a flatbed and our driver did a great job! Will contact if there are further issues
