All State Motorclub contacted this company to tow my car. I was advised they should arrive within two hours. After three hours I tried to call them and they didn’t answer. All State tried to get in touch with them and could not get a hold of anyone. I would not recommend this company.
Very professional services and friendly. They showed up earlier than the original time quoted and also very affordable. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone else in need of this service.
I was told at 1:34 PM the driver was 30 minutes away from my car. They verified with me that the keys were in the car and what address I need it towed to. Here we are 4 o’clock and my car has not been picked up and no one is answering the phone. The fact they can’t even answer and explain to me why my car has not been picked up shows what kind of company they are. Smh BS
Will never reccomend this company. Horrible customer service. Was given a price & had an eta of 45 minutes only to call back after I waited over an hr to have them tell me they decided they didn't want to tow a vehicle 51 miles away. Dispatch refused to let me speak to a manager after making multiple excuses as to why they changed their mind about towing the vehicle.
Had my van towed to my house and the driver let it rolled into my yard after I told him it was heading in that direction and bout wiped out my mailbox also
Pretty pissed I'm an officer and I've been trying to get a hold of this company for a few hours now I called at 5pm and still no driver they won't answer my calls and the voicemail is full this company needs some work I'm very disappointed
I called State Farm and requested towing service at 10:43am this morning, with a super long eta of 90 minutes, it is now almost 3pm and still no sign or call from the driver. Missed my friends graduation because of this and the shop i an taking it to isn't happy. The re-route won't even answer State Farm's or my phone calls. No idea what's taking so long, it's sprinkling outside but big woop roads are super clear no traffic. Worst towing experience I've ever had..and still having since they're still not here and have heard no peep. If you want prompt service and people that answer their phones/care...choose someone else.
