We had a car that needed to be towed away because of the transmission going and called, was treated well by the staff, they were fast and efficient and was all taken care of in two days with a good offer. Easy company to work with! Would use them again!
They offerd me 277 dollars for my car and then dispatch kept 50 dollars of it for the title being out of state. Had I cut the converter off myself I’d gotten 400 for it alone. But just glad the car is gone and the check cleared.

My girlfriend needed her 2015 GMC terrain sold because it was taking space at the dealership. I had called several places and had 6 offers between 350-810. The tow guy called me the next morning and told me he was on his way, I handed him my title and showed him my license, he handed me my check, and I cashed it at the bank listed on the check immediately after. After the transmission went on my car, I didn’t know what to do as I drive for a living. Junk yards were all wanting to give me scrap price, even though the car still had a good running engine and almost everything else besides the bad transmission. I came across Wheelzy. I honestly didn’t know whether to think it was a scam, or whatever. I figured I’d look into it. The fact that they came and got the car was one of the selling points for me. It seemed legit enough, so I sent them a message on a hunch, not expecting much. They contacted me back, gave me a decent price, said they would be there to pick up the car. I thought this has to be too good to be true, it was way too easy!! But, sure enough the next day, a driver was at my house with a tow truck and a check for me. That simple! I sold my car to them and i couldnt of been more pleased and satisfied and definitely couldnt of found anywhere else that was better. I called around for two days to multiple other places to sell my car to and this is the only place that was able to meet my needs on such a short notice, in fact they were out to me with the tow truck not even a couple hours after i called, and not to mention gave me the most money for my car. I can honestly say that each person i spoke with including the guy who came to get my car in the tow truck was very nice and had such a positive attitude, very thorough, and made sure i understood and answered all my questions. James was quite enthusiastic an coming to get my non running truck. He helped with removing the cap and was polite and professional during the entire experience. My tech was in the 90’s and was surprised to get anything for it after tow.
I scrapped my car and this company offered me a fair price, were able to come and pick up the vehicle immediately, and even when I forgot my phone (!) they were able to still fit me into their schedule to accommodate me. I fully reccomend them, and feel confident in saying that.
I cancelled my pick up I had everything on my end squared away double even triple confirmed. Two days prior to the agreed pick up I called back the truck company they used when they left a voicemail on my phone after the phone only rang once. A Male employee then seemed in such a hurry after asking for my reference number that he couldn't wait for me to find it and said "yo good to go bruh" and hung up. Now to the pick up day I have all boxes checked and ready before 0800 hrs, for a pick up between 0800 hrs and 1200 hrs. The truck company dispatcher "who left a message that we previously talked about" calls me 30 minutes after "pick up time" speeding through her name and company and telling asking me for a picture or if I need to reschedule... "they should have called me between 0800hrs and 1159hrs if they needed more info" I told her I don't who she is, I called back your'e voicemail and was told "yo good bro" well she proceeded to get a attitude with me and spoke down to me asking over and over like a 15 year old child if I got her voicemail... as you can read I already answered that question so I gave her choice words and hung up. I called back this company and proceeded to ruin some poor girls day.. I'm still sorry for that. Moral of the story is I told myself this would happen and gave it a try anyway.. you can't trust outside sources if you want a better business buy some truckers.
Dispatch was friendly and helpful. Called ahead of time and lined up on my schedule and was very understanding even for it being 8am on a Saturday. Driver showed up on time and was very helpful and paid me in cash and picked up the car and was gone in less than 20 minutes. Didnt even matter which way the car faced he was great. Definitely reccomend this company.

It was fairly easy throughout, though they do play the sales game which has it's obvious downside. I didn't get the KBB value for the vehicle but that wasn't my aim. They picked my car up, dealt with other title transfer stuff, and gave me a check the moment I gave them my keys. For a car towards the end of its road, I highly recommend it.
