I found Junk Car Boys online looking for car buyers in my area, among many others. I filled out the short list of vehicle information and had an offer a short time later. Junk Car Boys offer was $150 more than my local auto recycler. I had no issues at all, I would recommend giving them a call.
Sold my totaled 2012 Honda CRV. No problems through out the whole process. Filled out a form, answered some questions and sent pictures. Quickly received a quote and towing service was scheduled.
The owner of the tow company, that had originally tow my car, asked how much they gave me and said very fair price.
I place the phone call in order to have a just sitting in my driveway purchashed due to me needing extra cash along with freeing up the space.They told me it would be the following day before they came to pick it up. I received a phone call the same day with the tow truck driver with an availability to pick it up. I was pretty impressed with the professionalism of this company they are strictly business hands down.
i really enjoyed my experience with them. they were the only ones to offer me a higher price then everyone i called, and the pick up was nice and smooth. went by fast and very carefully.
Absolutely the best experience I've ever had junking an old car. They were fast and paid me exactly what I wanted for it. Took only a a few days to set up the time for pick up which worked out fantastic. They showed up on time and was super friendly! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would.
Expect a very lowball offer for sure! Mike will treat you like you are stupid and offer less than 5% of the Kelly Blue Book value at best in hopes you're desperate and will take it I guess. He even followed up the next day with the exact same offer to see if I'd take it after I explicitly denied it which was annoying. He'll say the offer is only good that day but still followed up with the same offer which I'd say is deceiving and lame high pressure tactic.
My dad needed to get rid of / his truck. I called this morning and it was picked up this afternoon! Lady on the phone was very friendly & the person who picked up the truck was very respectful with my father who is deaf. They worked with me to let me know when to text my dad that they was on the way! Appreciate the kindness! definitely will recommend to others in the future! 10/10.
