I needed a few parts for my 2015 Ford Focus ST. Dee and Josh went out their way to help me get the parts that I needed! Everyone is very pleasant. Outstanding service!
I'd definitely give them a -20 if possible. My son and I drove from Akron after being told they had the part he needed not once but 3 times. We get there and they don't have the part. They said they'd have the part off the vehicle and waiting and ready for pickup. We both work crazy hours( I'm a traveling nurse and he's a union roofer) so today IS the only day that worked for both of us. So after a 8 hr pointless drive we wasted money on gas, wasted time, and now we're both pissed off. He was told to go to the other location and when we get there guess what... NO ONE WAS THERE!! I don't recommend ANY out of towners deal with them 🤷♀️
Just not worth it. The staff was annoyed that I wanted the correct size spare for my car (there were 2 options from the factory. They wanted more than 4 times what I ended up paying for a replacement spare tire for my car.
