They did everything right and as expected, except, they gave me less than the agreed price because they said my junk car didn't have the "original" catalytic converter on it, but it still had a catalytic converter on it, so if that's how they make their money, what's the difference? However, I was still overall happy with their service for picking up and paying for a car that I couldn't even seem to give away.
I sold my car to them and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The lady on the phone was so kind and attentive! The driver, Brandon was quick, efficient, and friendly. Their service worked exactly like they said it would! Spoke to Jan on the phone yesterday, she went above and beyond to walk me through the process and was super friendly in doing so! I agreed on the price they offered after I sent photos and the car was towed away today within the time frame expected! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
