I contacted them as I had saw their ad on Facebook Marketplace I believe?? Anyway, the Customer Service Representatives were in contact with me immediately. They gave me an extremely reasonable offer & worked with me all throughout the process from beginning to end. We did have a few "minor" hangups regarding the pick up date & time. But as I can see that it's outsourced, I find that to be understandable. The folks I dealt with were polite, they offer me a fair price for an old junk car. They made the process very easy, and the young man that came and picked the car up was wonderful. I had forgot and left my Crucifix hanging on the rearview mirror and he was more than glad to bring it back up to the house for me. All in all great group. Great experience!
I had a great experience with this company. I put in my details and got an offer and scheduled pickup for the next day. The gentlemen arrived in the time frame the gave and called me when he was on his way. He informed me after looking at the truck that the truck wasn’t made with a catalytic converter and that would drop the price $129. Unfortunate, but he was very nice and professional about it. I told him that was alright and he processed to give me the payment and he took the truck away! (Thank the lord haha)
The only thing I would have liked to be different is that when your answering questions online, that everything that would determine the price be listed in the questions; such as the catalytic converter. Other than that I would definitely recommend this company.

This company wants to make a deal with you! Due to misinformation from my insurance, I couldn't afford to pay to get my car out of the junkyard. They struck a deal with me and I was able to still pocket some money and get the heap off of my hands. David was a great help with the process.

Definately recommend! I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff and they were great at communication. I didn't have to go through a bunch of voice promps or navigate a complicated phone tree. Just put in some info on their website and called and talked to a real person who followed up with me to be sure everything was working out correctly. Then I got service in less than 24hrs on a holiday week! And the tow company hired was very friendly. Showed up, gave me a check for the title and took the car away and no longer my problem!
