Cody shouldn't be in customer service. I wanted a part that showed available on their site and he said the part number wasn't accurate. He didn't try to look up another way to find it or ask someone to assist as the part, again, showed available on their site. You are a for-profit business, Cody might think otherwise. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Walked in looking for a 5x5.5 steel wheel on a HOMEMADE trailer that used a vehicles wheels on it and told the guy what we was wanting and said he couldn’t help us because it was on a trailer… we know it’s on a trailer but it’s off of a vehicle. Still wouldn’t even look and try to help us. First and last time ever going there!

It's really hard to find good businesses, with good people who aren't built for greed. This company is a rare find. We just purchased a vehicle there for my grandmother today, and the owner jumped through a lot of hoops to help us with all of the issues we were having. They sold us a 2013 Hyundai Accent with 147,000 miles for $3,300.00. It is in great mechanical condition with no issues. The value was lower than the Kelly Blue Book value for the vehicle. This is a great company, with genuinely good people, with fair pricing. I will be returning in the future. Thank you.

Rachel was super friendly and helpful and got everything set up and questions asked in a very timely manner. 10/10 will use and recommend them when getting rid of vehicles (brake system messed up but car ran got above what I was hoping for and more than scrap value) tow truck driver was on time and made the transaction very easy and quick.

The man who works the counter is very rude, not helpful the least bit and has happened more than one time. Safe to say I will never again walk into this establishment looking for auto parts.

Outstanding customer experience, although they were a 3rd party, the owner made what was wrong from the buyer’s “wheelzy”right. Go to them for a great customer experience and stay away from wheelzy. 3rd party tow company’s should not have to fix buyers **** up’s

If you're looking for very professional and kind service this is the place to go! They were fast to set pick up date and time, I even missed their call on said date and they were understanding came on out. Very friendly fast pick up . Highly recommend if you need any of their services .

I'm giving them 3 stars. Bought a a/c compressor and hooked it all up and it leaked. Had to return it and got a 2nd one it also leaked. It's great they have I believe a 90 day return window but still a hassle to make repeated trips because failed parts! But lesson learned some things you just have to buy new! They could of been a little better price wise on it to be comparable with the other junk yards but the warranty on it was a plus. I'd buy parts from there again.

They buy all the cars before others can and they charge 75% of what the part would cost new! I had to have a part ordered through them and they couldnt even tell me when to be expecting it so I could have my mechanic install it. They told me a decent price over the phone but when I went to go pick it up, they added an extra 100.00 in hidden costs that wasnt cleared with me to begin with. These people are all about their money...do yourself a favor and go to the store and get the parts you need or on line...anywhere but this place.

Was looking for a car that I clearly saw out back and he precedes to tell me it’s not out there. Asked about another car out back he lies and says they don’t have it and then says “it’s not for sale” when he could’ve just said “it’s not for sale” instead of saying they don’t even have it. Most unhelpful and unwelcoming place I’ve been in awhile

All I'm going to say is I should have have called here 1st. I certainly will next time. Made my job so much easier and affordable. Thanks.

Clayton's is a well established wrecking yard. They have been around for along time & I was checking their website to locate a part for a friend.

Highly recommended. If they don't have it, they will locate it, deliver it and make sure your happy with it. At fair prices.
