Had battery issues, was very helpful over the phone and when I got there the guy helped me to remove my battery with tools bc I had just drove straight from work. Then he threw it on the battery charger and let it do it's thing. Charged the battery and ended up being my alternator. Didn't try to sell me a new battery just because.

Genuinely curious on what compelled someone to hire a lady who complains about not knowing anything about cars yet is so confident on my cars model, needless to say I’m baffled she’s a manager and would say to go to Autozone if napa across the street is closed.
Deliberate Lack of Cooperation: The employee exhibited clear defiance and refused to provide the necessary assistance. She intentionally ignored and obstructed my request without any professional justification, reflecting a total disregard for her job responsibilities and duties
The employee did not only refuse to cooperate but also spoke to me in an offensive, rude, and insulting manner. Her communication was completely devoid of basic courtesy or professional etiquette, making the entire encounter humiliating and highly provocative

Not real big on any business that asks for my military id number instead of just taking my state driver's license that has my military service on it.. That's alot intrusive when all you need is my state issued drivers license that has my Military service on it without giving up information NO ONE needs but me and the VA

So the red head name Clyde banned me bc he said I had a poor attitude when he is the one that talks crap abt me when I try to shop and get parts bc he thinks he is so much better than everyone else
Coming home in the rain one night I noticed my wiper blade was bad so I stopped here. I asked for the cheapest set possible, as I’m in a tight budget. The short, chubby, old guy, quoted me $21 for the set to start with. I said I’d take it, he says nothing else and goes to ring me up and tells me it’s over $60. I’m like no you literally said $21. He tried to gas light me and say no he didn’t. Dude didn’t seem to know what he was saying at this point, just making up prices off the top of his head. There was another worker, a taller guy, looked younger than the one I was dealing with. I looked over at him and gave him one of those “do you believe this?”. That other guy runs to the back and pulls out different wipers and it ended up being like $18. He tried to put them on my car for me and got one and not the other. So the other shorter older guy came to put the other on. He didn’t seem to know how and had a bad attitude as he’s yanking and pulling on the old wiper. I really thought he was going to break the whole thing. He at least finally got the new one on. Terrible experience though. I feel like the old short guy was just trying to rip me off because I’m female. Happens at too many part stores.
