So glad AAA contracts through them. So they can lie and say they picked up a vehicle when they drove by and left it instead of talking to the customer or AAA. Now im waiting 5 hours later and still haven't been towed. Ill definitely tell AAA not to pick them for any services in the future. Update let me tell you why your full of crap because your truck flew by my house I was watching and AAA said you told them it was complete. Stop lying you didnt do your job and now im without a vehicle cause it missed its repair appointment. Also you have had that truck down my driveway before LIARS
Shout out to Kaden from Bushnell, he was coming for someone else, thought it was my tow I was expecting. He was coming for the guy stuck behind me, said he could get me out. He was a really cool guy!
Lady on the phone was not friendly at all, hung up on me because I said I was not happy with the price. 50 dollars higher than the other towing places around. I would not use this place, I called ACES from Dayton who gave me a 10 dollar cheaper price than the tow place that is from the closest town. I would use ACES towing!
I've never had a chance to use them for their bodywork, but on multiple occasions they've been contracted by AAA to give me jump starts or towing services and their employees have always been quick, professional, and very polite. If you need towing services, I highly recommend them
A back tire blew out on my way home from work on I75 North of Troy a few weeks ago. I called AAA and they contacted Bushnell's to change it for me. The driver (sorry I didn't catch his name) from Bushnell's immediately called me and let me know he was on his way. He arrived quickly and was very efficient and personable. He also added air to my spare tire to ensure it was inflated properly. I would 100% call Bushnell's if I require assistance again. Thank you so much!!
We did not know Bushnell's before our accident, but Triple A got our car there AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB! Sarah and Matt are the owners and deal directly with the customers,, it was always easy to get prompt updates on the repair status. They are both very professional, knowledgable, and easy to work with. The repair was of the highest quality and the experience working with them was of the highest quality. They handled all the details regarding the repair with our insurance company, to insure a good repair was made. They are great people that do great work.
I absolutely love bushnell’s! I call them every time I ever need a tow, or in some cases lifted off a stump. ? The guys that work there always have went above and beyond to help me out and make my already bad situation less painful. I appreciate that! They’re fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Our brakes went out at a northbound I75 rest stop in Piqua OH. Our AAA road service hooked us up with Bushnell’s Collision & Towing. From the moment we talked with Kathy in the office until Brandon delivered our car and us back to Michigan - 3 1/2 hours+ we were treated with kindness, compassion for our circumstances, friendly conversation with Brandon on the road trip turning a very stressful afternoon into an almost pleasant trip. We don’t have enough words to express our gratitude for helping us get back home safely and delivering our car to the dealership for repairs thank you so much ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I'll give this company a solid 2 for promptness in picking up my car on the expressway after my accident. The customer service is severely lacking. The receptionist was near impossible to talk to. She yelled the entire phone call. She was abrasive and inattentive. She placed me on hold 3 times and none of them was for anything I asked for since she never let me completely ask my questions without interruption. So I physically go into the business to retrieve my items from my car. The guy at the front was completely ignoring what I had to say until I said another person was coming to pick my totaled car up. All he heard was that and said nobody is picking up anything without payment. I never said I wasn't going to pay but that's all you heard instead of telling me how the process works like I asked initially.
Matt and his crew recently buffed out and clear coated the lense covers on my Honda Pilot. They did an EXCELLENT job and the lense covers look brand new! Best place around to get body work done!
Zavier was a God send!!! Very polite and insisted on not taking my tip. We were told an hour he was there in less than 30 minutes and we were back at my house with my car in less than 15 minutes. Not to mention he was nice to look at. Thank you again!!! Would 10 out of 10 recommend
100% awesome job on the repair and repaint of my wife's black Honda Pilot. You cannot find where they started and stopped painting, perfect blend job. Not only that they completely cleaned and polished the entire inside and out before returning it. Don't find many shops that do that anymore. They went above and beyond and we appreciate it.

We had a tire blowout and axle problem on our 5th wheel RV about 50 miles north of Piqua Ohio. AAA put us in contact with Matt at Bushnell towing. Matt changed our tire chained the axles together and towed back to his shop. Where they changed the tires and made all the repairs for us to return home in Kansas City. This happened on a Monday and everyone at Bushnell did a great job and went out of their way to find the parts and get the repairs completed so we could get it back on Friday. The work was great, the cost reasonable, and the employees awesome.
They have nothing but the highest quality and professionalism when it comes to taking care of their customers vehicles, The team from management down to the driver have been very respectful and made this process extremely easy for me. If I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Their equipment is well maintained and very clean and the drivers truly care about taking care of your car. Thanks guys
What a fantastic company! Matt and his team just removed my destroyed 36 ft. 5th wheel from my back yard. This was a very difficult and HARD job! They didn't have a whole lot of room to work with, and were very meticulous and deliberate. Still can't believe they were able to right the RV and strap it down without it all falling apart. Plus, they did virtually NO damage to our yard! Highly recommended!
These people are horrible. I wrecked my car and it was sitting in my driveway the roll back came, called me and said they were here for a terrain. which I don't have a terrain I have an acadia, the roll back driver said it's the same thing. sorry sir but they are not. what is to say I had both vehicles out there would you have taken the terrain instead because they are the "same" probably with how rude you were. I watched you try to hook my car up by the front bumper while cracking the bumper more because I could hear it inside my house. with it being an AWD car you should have never attempted that. I called to talk to someone and they agreed that since it was wrecked it would happen. So I hung up on that person because damaging cars more is the right thing to do? Would never recommend this company if it wasn't for my insurance company sending these people out I would have never let them on my property.
After I was hit in a wreck Bushnells was the responding tow company. I was extremely thankful for their kindness along the entire process. They were able to respond quickly to the wreck. Everyone from the gentleman who towed my vehicle, to the ladies in the office and even when I needed to clean out my vehicle the guys in the yard were very helpful. Being in a wreck is a very stressful situation and it was nice to have this piece of the puzzle go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.
I needed to have my car towed to a shop to have it worked on. They are local and got to me fairly quickly, handled the tow efficiently. Driver was a really nice guy. Highly recommend their service!
Had a different tow company try to get my car, but after waiting an hour and a half for them and to stare at my car for 45 minutes to finally tell me that with my car bring at a weird angle in a driveway and not being able to move it he couldn't get my car. So I called Bushnell's and great service, very professional and informative. Quick service, was told they'd be out within the hour and was out within 25 minutes. On arrival a driver was training another man and both very friendly and very confident they could get my car towed even with a broken ball joint. Reasonably priced and gray service. Would definitely recommend.
My husband and I were traveling Thanksgiving evening when we had a leaky/flat tire. Our roadside assistance sent this company out to help us switch our tires. The speedy service and positive attitude of David (I think that’s what his name was) was something we were incredibly thankful for!! He was so friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly. Thank you for helping us get back home safely!!!! I’m not one to typically write reviews but we were so impressed with the assistance especially on a holiday. You rock!
