I was driving home from work the day after we received 10+ inches of snow near the end of January. After sliding off the road and finding my car undriveable due to damage sustained in the car accident, I called Saunders Towing. I found the dispatcher professional and polite. Just minutes after my call with her, Brandon arrived with his truck and worked with me to get my SUV securely mounted onto the flatbed. As he was doing this, he invited me to get in his truck's cabin to get warm, as it was very cold that night. He then drove me home and parked my vehicle on my driveway as I requested. Brandon's expertise and experience over the past decade in towing vehicles along with his empathy left me grateful that I chose Saunders Towing. If I run into any further emergencies, I know who I will call. Thank you!
Them people at Sanders towing .they're such low-life people I broke down at the dollar store right next to their place asked if I could borrow a small ratchet I was willing to give them $100 deposit for letting me use it and they told me no. It's sad that that place is such low low life people that run Sanders towing won't even help you very sad
My son was was passing through on his way to Cincinnati from Michigan had a flat tire and was stranded AAA told him he had to wait till Monday for help. All the people at Saunders towing were very helpful. The driver Steve went above and beyond to get him back on the road. They are a great company with great employees!!
The pickup truck had to be towed from an accident literally 5 min from the tower yard location and was charged 300 Dollars! Not to mention I was unable to get it out till that Monday and by then it was almost 600 dollars! Charging for storage over the weekend by the day and they weren't even open! Absolutely ridiculous pricing and complete rip-off.
Saunders has great people. Hard-working and very nice. Good prices, it seems they wish to be competitive with the market. I had the pleasure working with Dustin and he was great.
About two weeks ago I ended up getting some industrial equipment stuck in my yard. I called in for assistance to get pulled out on a Saturday morning and within about 30minutes I had a tow at my house. During the process there were some unexpected events that occurred and long story short additional tows had to be called to get my equipment where I needed it to be.
Even after what was started out as a smooth process and turned into a not so smooth process I was still not over charged. Of course I had a slight up charge due the multiple tow situation, but it was very fair and I was not price gauged like a lot of companies do now a days .
I would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of a tow , even for farm/industrial equipment ?
We've had several cars towed for various reasons by Saunders. They are always friendly and professional.... and it doesn't hurt they are right down the road from us! Lol. We are always happy with their service.
After my accident they were fantastic I. Answering my questions. There techs helped me get all my personal items from the car. Couldn't have asked for nicer and more helpful people thank you again .
I had them tow my lifted truck a couple weeks ago and he did an absolutely amazing job loaded it quickly and got her back to my friends house was very professional thank you again!!
Family owned business.Professional but very personable .They are located in the small town of Laura Oh but their name and services are known around the State.When you thing of Sanders you think of quality service. Job well done and I highly recomend them. They also have Propane Service. God Bless.
This company was very caring and very helpful. They understood our needs for towing our camper from the campsite to the dealership Josh was very professional and very caring especially when I wasn't able to answer my phone due to my work place. When it was time to pick up our newer camper and have it towed back to the campsite everything went as planned. Josh went above and beyond to give us excellent service. My husband and I will definitely use them again. Their prices were very affordable. Thank you again
My one year old child could have been seriously hurt or even killed in a car accident that happened one day prior (guy ran red light); and we were openly mocked and complained about to coworkers while on the phone with receptionist. Driver was completely understanding and very professional. Office personnel could take notes as lady was extremely rude and hung up on me because we were 30 min late to get belongings out of vehicle. Receptionist should stay in the AC, keep answering the phones and reap the benefits of the people actually doing the dirty work. Major attitude adjustment needed for a professional phone answerer.

I called them at 10:50pm knowing I would not get a fast response and have to wait hours for a tow. The driver showed up in 40 minutes and charged me a very fair price. I'm very grateful they made a very bad day much better.
Love the small town shops, they always take the time to serve you and treat more like a person than a source of revenue. Saunders always comes through to make a not so desirable situation more barrable...

I've been dealing with Saunders for 20 years. They are always super friendly, very professional and courteous. Very prompt and careful with your vehicle. As long as they are in business I won't have anyone else tow my vehicle. They truly are the elite fleet!
24 hour assistance not available called the 1800 telephone number at 3:45 am today Saturday 11/23/2019 for the live dispatch and only received a “please enter remote access code” message and no option for a voicemail so I’m left stranded with a damaged tire and no way to contact them for assistance or service. So looking for another alternative company that is truly available 24 hours or at least Has an option for calling me back to assist.
I just want to say this is a outstanding company and very professional. The owner was outstanding and professional. He went out his way to assist me through my ordeal. Professional service with quick response time. The driver who came out, Jake, was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately for him he had to winch my car out first before being able to hook it to tow. Word to the wise, back your cars in your driveway if you have front wheel drive. It makes life easier on EVERYONE. I highly recommend Saunders towing.
My car broke down in the most inconvenient spot. Our tow driver was awesome. He was very thorough and made sure to find the best way to get my car out without any damages. He was with us almost two hours and never complained, even with the cold. He went above expectations in order to help us. Will definitely use your company again!
I go here to get my tires all the time other places may have good deals and give a ways but NOBODY can hold a candle to the way Lonnie and the guys treat you they compare prices and warranties to give you the most for your money and they tell you what tires are made in America that means a lot to me

I am not from the area originally, so this company was recommended to me as being one of the best when I needed my vehicle towed. I definitely was not disappointed! The woman I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and informative, the tow truck arrived almost exactly at the time I asked for it to be there (as I had it towed after work), the driver was very nice through the entire process And the car was very well taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone who needs a tow. I would also like to say that I think it is awesome that this company takes the extra step to reply back to their reviews with a thank you message, that shows how much they truly care about customer service and putting the customer first. From the moment I initially spoke to a very nice lady at 11 pm on Thursday night to the second Josh our driver pulled away... We're we're treated with respect and professionalism. Ours was a pickup truck carrying 150 landscape stones weighinh 12# each. It required more than a simple tow? In addition to heavy duty machinery it took skill to mauever our truckonto and off the bed. Josh was proficient at his craft. He met the challenge without wavering.wewerethankful as another local company had been dispatched previously by aaa where the owner himself told me to empty the truck if i wanted him to touch it.(troy's finest...not hardly) The Sanders team will get my business everytime...so long as Josh is my driver.
I have had many situations where I have needed a towing service and I call Saunders Towing every single time. They are very professional, courteous, and timely. Yesterday, we had a truck start smoking. Called triple A, they sent Saunders out. While being towed the truck caught fire. They handled it so professionally. Got it off the truck, called the fire department. After the fire was out. He towed it back to where we asked and even helped us disconnect the battery so it wouldn't go up again. Offered to help go through the ashes if there was anything in the truck saving because he had the gloves. Went far above and beyond. He made a very scary situation much easier. I just had my third tow from Saunders a couple of hours ago. It was a sling truck, I dont remember the drivers name, he was very friendly and polite. The service remains top notch. On the way home I called to have my family move their vehicles parked on the street because due to my homes location I felt it would be very hard or impossible for the driver to maneuver to drop my truck in the driveway. Once we got there he insisted he would be able to get it in the driveway and he did easily, which is great because it will be easier to work on now. Highly recommended.
