Great service! I ran over a (don't know what it was, but it was metal had 2 screws in it!) obstacle coming through town. I stopped at Coopers and they took care of the problem and had me out the door in about 15 minutes and was charged Very little. Thumbs up to this business!
Great shop for quality used tires (especially in a pinch)! After calling around to EVERY shop and in shopping around needing tires that day, this bunch of men got me in AND the price point was extremely satisfactory and won't buy tires anywhere else. Plus they do more! I definitely trust them.
Quality work, great customer service, won't try to sell you work you don't need. They do a lot more than just sell tires. I had brake work done there recently.
Went there once an some drug addict looking guy that works there broke a tire stud off when he was "fixing" the flat tire...two hours later the tire was flat and I had a broken tire stud to add too...went there again to show the guy they didn't fix it and a different guy supposedly "fixed" it and claimed it was the tire valve issue and "fixed" the leak...less then an two hour's later this time and the tire is flat yet again.
Some ant brain broke two bolts off in my bead-locks, it also took 3 hours, it was a small job. I know for a fact that they weren’t over tightened, I have taken them off twice I don’t know how you manage that one, it looks like they were being spun the wrong way.
Take way too long they let me drop my car off, had it for weeks and when I finally called they'd said it was in line. In line!?!?! Why didnt they tell me that when I dropped it off? And it was expensive.
This is the best place to go. As a female it is hard to find someone that doesn't act like you are uninformed. Wilber and Vince are very good and trustworthy.
The guys are nice , don't have to wait long and if you by chance are a couple mins late for your appointment not a big deal they will still get you in and taken care of in a timely manner 😊
Arrived 20 min before closing (11:40 on a Saturday when they close at 12) as I had gotten a flat the night before and I wanted to purchase a new one. They had shut down their store already. So unprofessional. For a store that closes at early at noon on Saturday, you should remain open until the time you say you are open to.
