Construction debris tore a hole in my left rear tire south of Athens. AAA sent Riverside. My driver quickly lifted my X7 onto the flatbed and transported my SUV to the north side of Columbus. We stopped for fuel at one of the cleanest gas stations I've ever visited. After the nearly 100 mile ride, I have new insight on road safety.

I called Riverside after Progressive told me they would send someone out but would have to charge me $85 and that I would be responsible for having it reimbursed. Not worth the hassle for something I pay for that should be free. Riverside sent someone to me within 10 minutes and had my car unlocked quickly. Super friendly and helpful people.

Shout out to Riverside Auto & Towing LLC. The gentleman were very quick and courteous. We broke down outside a restaurant and Denzil was kind enough to have us going inside where it was warm and even offered us a ride but we had already had one on the way.

Your driver Bill is an amazing person. He greeted me kindly, we talked about the tow and destination. He was very efficient and HONEST! HE SHOULD BE RECOGNIZE FOR HIS WORK ETHICS.

Lee arrived timely and cheerfully at my very rural location to help jump my van whose battery was so dead that even my portable jump box wouldn’t do the trick! He calls me while walking up my driveway because unbeknownst to me, in addition to a dead battery, I also had a fallen tree across my long wooded driveway!! So Lee walks up, starts my van, tells me About the tree. I share my thanks and apologize that O don’t have cash to tip him/does he Venmo… he says no and then offers to drag it/break it /out of my way because I don’t have a chain saw… which required him to back out turn around and come back in, all of which he does consummately. What a good and thoughtful neighbor we have in Lee and Riverside towing! Thanks again 🌟🍀🙌

When my car died and I needed help, AAA redirected me to this tow service. The driver - Denzil - called to verify my location and let me know how far away he was. He even tried to see if he knew what was wrong based on my dashboard lights. He provided speedy and great service in such a distressing moment. Edit: This is now my second towing by them in about as many days. Bill came to my location quickly, was nice and professional, and was able to take it from Athens to Lancaster. I would still recommend their service 10/10!

Denzel was vey helpful and knowledgeable to fix the bumper of my car right at the place where I took it off. I was able to drive my car and not have it towed thanks to him and his excellent skills and kindness.

Denzil Roberts towed me while I was stuck in the middle of the intersection. He was the only person to show me compassion and was extremely nice to me. I am extremely thankful for him and highly recommend him for everyone. I will only use them for towing from now on.

I am a associate with the local dollar general. A elderly customer locked his keys in his car. He realized after he was finished shopping and checked out. He was so upset, exhausted and jus simply fed up. He wanted to just bust his window and go home to his wife. I of course couldn't allow it, due to injury concerns. So I called my local tow services which is Riverside Auto&Towing LLC. I was shocked when he was there in minutes! The best part is due to the nature of the circumstances (low income elderly man) he had sympathy for another fellow human and done it free of charge! It is so rare for a company to give such love and compassion for any person let alone cover all your needs and still worry about your experience and bottom dollar. I must admit it is one of the best company's I've ever seen! A small town man, loving father, has worked so hard and made an amazing, family friendly, hard working and dedicated company for the little people like us! Deff would recommend Riverside Towing to anyone for their car/towing needs!

Denzil was great! Super quick response time and a friendly comfortable ride for me and my three year old- he even had a toy car for my son to play with. It’s never a great time needing to get your car towed somewhere but he made it as pain free as possible and god forbid I ever need a tow again I hope it’s Denzil that shows up!

Denzil came out in 8 degree weather to a snowy and icy drive. He was professional, courteous and maintained his sense of humor. Really appreciated his professionalism. Quickly put cat of flatbed and took it to the repair shop. High recommend these guys.

I recently had to get my car towed from my house. I utilized the roadside assistance provided by my car company. I was directed to Riverside. They responded quickly. The driver was professional and kind. He was helpful and polite. Towing is not something you want to use , but when it is needed, it is nice to know a local company provides great service.

Bill, who came to help us, was amazing! He gets 10 STARS!! He extracted our car out of a very difficult situation when the weather was horrible. He was calm,confident and his years of experience was evident. He was funny & kind, which helped during our scary situation.

Phenomenal service and excellent customer service!! Called Triple AAA & they dispatched this company! Triple AAA said that due to weather it could be 3+ hours before we heard from anyone .. not this company! Just want to thank the tow driver, Mr. RICHARDS he was out quick to get my daughter-in-law‘s car so we can get it to a repair shop. I’ve just had surgery. He was kind enough to come to the window. The other car I was sitting in we’re definitely use Riverside when in the area again.

Absolutely wonderful and quick service! We figured being the day after Christmas we would be waiting for hours but called and within 30 mins 2 guys come and had our truck running. They both was kind respectful and very knowledgeable. We was needing a what we thought was a tow but they jumped our truck and had it running.
