Bill was awesome. Tire blew via pot hole in Akron. He was there 5 minutes after we called AAA.

Broke a lower ball joint on my 3rd gen 4Runner and AAA sent these guys out. Took forever, but that's on AAA. LLoyd's was on top of things updating me The driver Brian Cavinee did a spectacular job of pulling the vehicle on the roll back without doing any further damage. Great guy that actually knows what he's doing. Was able to back in and drop it inside my building without issue or giving me any pushback like I've gotten from other toe company drivers. Keep up the good work, Brian. You represent the company well
the other day in the Winter storm, Troy saved me big time!!! he towed my RWD car out of a snowy ditch when I was in trouble and couldn’t make it home. I’m glad it was him that was the one to respond to my call. Troy was friendly and easy to talk to. Even when my car was tough to strap down and needed the ropes readjusted several times, we had to navigate through very dangerous, winding back country roads that weren’t plowed for 30 min in the snow storm, and we had to take extra time to get my car down safely to the parking lot of my apartment complex, Troy was wonderful! shoutout to him. He did a great job and with a smile on his face, too!
ORION did an amazing job replacing my battery - he was extremely fast and thorough; explaining exactly what was going on with my battery..it was even after hours, but he was still smiling. Thanks!
Drivers don’t know how to look when merging, will hit you drive off, then lie to the police and say it never happened. Stay away from this shady company. They will not take responsibility for their actions.
I used Lloyd's today through triple A for a dead battery. The tech, Scott who came out was so friendly and helpful! He got me back on the road again in no time. He really had a great personality, very nice and explained everything to me! I'll use llyods again in the future especially if Scott is the Technician!

Benjamin our service technician from Lloyd's Towing came out and took care of our issue quickly despite it being a bit silly. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and kind.
They were very fast at picking up my truck after it broke down in ohio,drove it to russelton pa, @ Ohio sheriff pulled me over and he waited to make sure everything was OK. Denver the driver was knowledgeable and did a great job, Thank you again for your great ,fast service!
Daniel came to my AAA call. He called when he couldn't find our driveway and was very kind and professional and on time. He replaced my battery and cleaned the terminals so it would work properly. Very happy with his service.

I had a flat tire at 5:30 a.m. and called triple aaa and Aaron showed up within 30 min and got the truck moved to safe spot and then repaired my tire. Did a great job. I was able to get back on the road and make my appt .
Totally awesome humans. Aaron saved me from the snowstorm, and restored my faith in humans. Would definitely call them again, and will recommend them to my insurance company in place of the people who didn't show up. I cannot say thank you and Merry Christmas enough!
I got a flat tire on my way to work yesterday. I called AAA and less than 30 minutes later Mr. Gilbert (I’m sorry I don’t remember his first name) arrived and changed my tire to the spare. He could not have been nicer or more helpful . It started as a stressful start to my day but he took care of it so quickly and nicely that I was able to turn my day around quickly.
No apparently this was in fact the company that failed my partner miserably. AAA called them around 2:30. They failed to appear for 6 hours, leaving my partner completely stranded. AAA had to call in a personal favor to get him home. Absolutely do not use this service no matter how many positive reviews there are.
My Jeep battery totally died and I called AAA and they sent Josh P with Lloyd's and he diagnosed that my battery was dead and offered to replace it. He did not have one with him, but had me follow, making sure my Jeep was still good to go. He went above and beyond...on a Saturday afternoon of a long weekend. I highly recommend them and will use them if the need arises!!
Lucas was AMAZING to help me navigate through my ordeal. He gave me instructions when to call back to receive the fastest service for towing. Colton came to my condo and seamlessly maneuvered my vehicle on to the tow truck, allowed me to ride with him to my collision shop, was very kind and knowledgeable and helped to calm my nerves. Your driver in a2 almost smashed into me my fisnce and son on rt8 trying to get over s lane and pushed me to the burm then half mile or so down road cuts me off and brake checjs
They came out to plug a hole in my tire . When they arrived the tech and his trainee looked at the tire and his trainee decided to remove it to repair. He fixed the tire did a great job and put it back on. 11 days later, i have 2 lug bolts snap off while im driving to this very tire. My fiance contacted the eastwood office and spoke to a rude manager who told us he will do nothing for us because we dont have it on camera that the tire was removed. Finally, we get passed over to a head manager at medina office whom offers to give us $10 to cover the parts. The labor on this job is what actually costs and this company will do whatever they can not to take responsibility for their mistakes!!
