I really hope I can talk to management. Absolutely insane. My woman is 65. Fighting cancer got stuck and they charged us $1,000 for 10 mi toe and they wouldn't let us use our insurance roadside assistance. They definitely are giving kickbacks to the cops because I see that the police make you use them
My car wouldn't start so I had to tow it to a shop.They gave me the highest estimate in town.Did not end up using the service,quote was higher than other companies in town.When I mentioned that to the lady she condescendingly said "like it not that's the rate" Customer service can use some coaching.
Super friendly and they did a great job! Curtis and Ken took great care of getting us safely towed to Freightliner for repairs when I broke down. I would definitely recommend them for any towing needs, especially on the commercial side of things.

Charged me $266 to drive 7.5 miles on some third party credit card app, I had to get my own ride because the driver had his kids and tools in the tow truck, and then i had to remove the vehicle myself from the flat bed upon delivery. Then the driver comes back 5 minutes later as I'm writing this review, to tell me he lost his credit card and went looking all over my yard for it.
Welp, I know how ya feel bud. You're missing that card like I'm missing like 150 bucks, feel the burn as you cancel your lost card and wait for a new one.
the staff here is unbelievably disrespectful. i was genuinely disgusted in how disrespectful they were to my friend who had just been in a two car accident with her car being totaled. at the scene of the accident she was not given a choice as to where/and or who she wanted to have her car towed by nor was she ever aware they were going to have it towed to begin with. when she asked the cop if she could call her triple a because it’d be of no cost to her he said he needed to ask the towing guy and when he went over there he said no because he needed her vehicle gone right away because of a parade that was going to happen. yet when we were at the place and brought it up he said if there wasn’t a parade going on he could have just towed it to the parking lot for no charge. when we brought up that there was an empty elementary school parking lot in which i had my vehicle parked in order to get up to the accident he completely ignored us. then when we finally arrive to where he towed her car she went to have her car released he told her that it would be an extra $150 to get it released because “it’s a weekend” but if she didn’t release it that day it was $35/day till she came and got it. when he gave us the price it was close to $1,000 just to get her car that day which was absolutely insane considering she was never even asked where she wanted it towed or who by. she said she was just going to do the $35/day and have her dad pick it up with a truck and trailer but she wanted to get her work stuff out of her car and he told her she wasn’t allowed then when he seen us all on the phone with people he came back over and somehow magically she could get all of her stuff for $150 which is CRAZY. yet when she called the manager she could only get stuff from her car for free if it was money which again is crazy. also when we were sitting in my car the guy came up and opened my backseat door where my friend was and had his arm hanging over the door with his cigarette and lighter in his hand and not to mention he was cursing and everything else which is unprofessional in my opinion you shouldn’t be smoking and cursing and especially not opening someone’s door without permission and holding your arm on there door smoking. moral of the story this place is the BIGGEST rip off and they’re EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful and they wonder why they have a 3 star rating. if i could give them 0 stars i would.
WATCH OUT FOR THIS PLACE THEY ARE THIEVES!
I had a truck break down on me in oh 2 miles away from this place. It was a simple radiator hose. 10 minutes to pop off the hose and 10-15min to pop it back on. There's was a total of 30 minutes of labor done. They went to a parts shop 40 min away. After all was said and done THEY CHARGED ME $1000!!
$160 for a service call out which I understand
$528 for labor. They're justification for that was that the driver went on a parts run.
Then they charged 70 bucks for fuel
74 for the hose.
102 dollars for 1 GALLON OF COOLANT
AND 25 bucks for "misc, supplies"
We're taken aback by the price and tried to figure something out price wise, to which the manager Trinity started yelling and cursing at us and threatening to impound our truck.
Cheapest rate and fastest response time for a breakdown in Brunswick. Friendly and informative line operator and tow guy. I'd use again. (But hopefully I won't have to anytime soon ) thanks for quick, friendly response, and saving the day!
I went into the ditch on a car carrier 18 wheeler, literally right in sight of the exit of where there towing place is. Called them up & they quoted me about 500 bucks. I confirmed w them multiple times. All set & done, they tried to charge me 1300. I called their manager up & asked if he was out of his e**in mind & that they quoted me 500 initially..he tried to say that my car carrier was sunken very deep & that I was super heavy. I told him that I was literally only half the weight loaded w only 5 out of 9 cars, & that you could see by the open carrier setup of how much cars I really had. I told him if I was as deep as he tht I was, then his driver would never had pulled me out within 45 min. I told him his driver is standing next to me to confirm. They ended up dropping it to mid 800's price range & I still thought it was too much & far fetched from wat they quoted me at first.. (even tho I sent them pictures beforehand etc) i wouldn't recommend these guys in the future to nobody. They're literally out there to get your money. For sure..
They towed my vehicle had my vehicle at the yard and the driver had my car keys a hour and 45 minutes away. Made me sit there for 4 hours to wait for my keys. Charged me for a full day when they had the vehicle for a few hours! Very rude told me it is what is is! Would NOT RECOMMEND!
Had an unfortunate run in with a deer last night. Dakota was awesome, towed us and stayed with us until our ride got there. Couldn’t ask for a faster or more pleasant experience all things considered. Would highly recommend their services if you’re ever in a pinch.
Carrie was absolutely the best. She was first contact during my crazy situation. Then Tim came and rescued me. Even though he had to deal with the owner of the property who's unshoveled driveway I slid off of. Tim got me out of my almost tipped car and back on the road.
I had gotten in accident. I told the driver of the tow truck that I wanted my car to go to a specific location because that's what my insurance covers.
After going to the said location of where I wanted my car to go, it's not there. And the place hasn't even heard of it. So now my car is missing. The driver took my vehicle to a completely different place, without telling me. I spent the morning trying to figure out where my vehicle was. Come to find out it's at a completely different place with a completely different name.
They told me if I wanted it to be transported I'd have to pay. Pay for THEIR mistake. My insurance agreed to get it transported.
I asked the name of the driver. They said they know who the driver was, but wouldn't give me the name however, they allowed me to leave a complaint. The excuse was, "he's only been here a few weeks."
They need to train their employees to communicate with their customers. I should NEVER be clueless on where a towing company is taking my vehicle.
I will never use this company again. You shouldn't either.
We had a great experience with World Truck. We had a difficult situation in our driveway with a lift truck that got stuck and Tim had just the right truck and attitude to help us out! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He came out very quickly and really made a stressful situation go very smoothly. We highly recommend them!
I'm so glad I called Danny Underwood at World Truck Towing & Recovery. As you can see from the pictures, the foot from my driver side landing gear had totally rusted out and fallen from the bar that held it as well as the post that cranked it up and down. I was completely stuck because the post was too long to be extracted and I could not continue on my run without risking great damage to my trailer, my tires, the road, and other vehicles.
Danny got out to me promptly, came up with good solutions and quickly did the welding necessary to get me back the last 220 miles to my home terminal and enjoying my weekend. Everything was promptly professionally and courteously executed. I would confidently recommend World Truck Towing & Recovery and Danny Underwood.
