Brian at prospect motor was amazing to deal with, was extremely patient during the loan process, worked with me and held up his word all the way to the end, and then some! Even went out of his way to make sure we made it home safe after the purchase. So long as they have equipment I want, I'll be a repeat customer here in the future buying more trucks! Thank you for not being pushing answering all questions and providing a car fax when asked I did have an issue the day I bought my car and made a call immediately told you what was going on you told me to bring it back in and you guys would fix bought it back and you all fixed it thank you I will tell friends and family about you all thank you for your service
Had an excellent experience today stopping by for a quick inspection of our Powerstroke Diesel. Obviously knowledge is not a shortcoming and neither is customer service. Looking forward to getting my truck worked on by true professionals.
I bought a welding truck for my buisness from these guys. I flew in from Baltimore where i was met by Brian and he took me to the truck, i took the truck for a test drive where i quickly determined the truck was accurately depicted. After waiting on the loan to fund Brian took me to eat dinner then a hotel to do the deal the next day.. when we were done eating and on the way to the hotel Brian recieved a call that the loan had went through so after hours ( the place was closed) we doubled back and did the deal at 730 at night just so i could get on the road, it was at this point i realized Brian was an employee and not the owner of the buisness... what a top shelf guy he made me feel at home whilst at the same time met me at a good price for the truck, then opened up the place so we could close the deal after hours. Prospect motors are fortunate to have an employee like Brian who puts the company first so a guy like me can't even tell that he's not the owner . Overall my experience has been nothing short of excellent and i will definitely be looking these guys up for possible future needs.. very deserving of a 5 star review!

I have purchased a couple of trucks from Prospect and have always had a great experience. The last one broke down with a fuel injector issue and they came and picked it up with their wrecker and towed it back to their shop where they replaced all the injectors at no addirional cost to me. Way above what was expected.
Bought a truck from here. I was told it only needed an ignition coil. Turns out it needed 4, all ball joints, sway bar, has an exhaust problem AND had a blown head gasket. So far we are about 4k into fixing it and I just wonder what else might pop up. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. The guy knows my mother and she taught his daughters. He knew I was looking for something reliable to drive my kids in. They do not care about you, just their sale.

This guy is a crook!! Beware!! He tried to sell my friend a truck as only having 88K miles, but, thanks to CarFax, we found out that it had over 220K. After some digging, I found out that he knew about the issue (it had a "Not Actual Mileage Title"). This guy failed to mention this before my friend drove 60 miles each and spend 2 hours of his weekend to check out a truck. My friend spent another $40 on a CarFax (Thank God!). When confronted with the issue, the guy played dumb (not hard for him), and muttered something about not believing CarFaxes. Steer clear clear of this loser!!
