The guys at Youngstown auto Wrecking are amazing. I called and ordered some suspension parts, they could not get them apart so they called and stated they would give me the whole rear suspension and subframe and honor the price they originally quoted me. No other salvage yard would have done that, I'm glad to see there is Businesses out there that are still honest and stand behind their word. Good job guys and hope to do more business with you in the future.
Stopped in and ordered a subframe for a kia, they said they could order one in and have it in 4 days. Great. 8 days pass, no call, so I call them. They couldnt get me that subframe, so they ordered another one that also didnt work out, so they order a third. I tell them specifically to call me with any updates. Whatever, as long as I get my part. Another 10 days pass, no call. I call them again, they inform me that the second and third subframes fell through, and they failed to let me know any of the changes in the progress of my expensive part. I got a refund, still no part and weeks wasted.
I found a part on the main hub for online salvage sites and it directed me to a place in Indiana. The gentleman informed me that they do not ship to residents for large sheet metal pieces but could ship to another authorized PRP facility. This is the closest facility so I called and asked about if that was a possibility and he said, "yeahhhh no, were not doing that. We're not going to be your drop off spot." Little did he know that he had my vehicle in stock that had leather seats that I was also going to ask if I could purchase from him or if he could come down on the piece he had that I wanted but since was rude and unhelpful and didn't offer to do a "service" charge or sate something along the lines of "what vehicle do you have? Maybe we have something in stock I can help you find?".... I know they're not in the sales or customer service business per say but don't waste your time and go with A&C Auto, they were helpful.
Very nice and great communication from the front desk. Got parts I needed in a timely manner and for a great price highly recommend and will be coming again and again for all my parts needed.
Needed a fender for my f150, was told it was in great shape. Purchased it, $138 was swiftly removed my from account at lightening speed, was told it would be ready sometime Friday. I received zero phone call regarding my fender being pulled, I reached out Monday to be met with “oh our bad buddy we will pull it today it’ll be ready by 10 am Tuesday!” I come to snag my fender, that I had already paid for, it has been sold, and they aren’t sure what I should do. Unfortunately it's the "systems fault" but the system isn't here for me to direct my frustrations with! Money will be back in 48 hours as well, but man it sure was taken QUICK when I bought it. Let down as per usual anymore but it's expected. I'm sure l'll be back, I love punishing myself! I’ll leave it at that because I have to find another fender somewhere even though I purchased one a week ago here!
Have been coming here for years as a private buyer and as a commercial buyer. Parts are always as described, prices are always fair, and customer service is up to bar with the best of them. Highly recommended to anyone looking for parts on any early or late model vehicles no matter how big or small.
