Honest, friendly staff! I was able to pick up an auto part very soon after calling for availability. I finished my repair only a few hours after starting!
I looked everywhere for a tipm called arts and they said we don't have one but will source it for me... These guys was relentless in finding a working tipm! They kept me updated ever step of the way. I would be foolish to buy used parts anywhere else... Anyone saying different are most likely up to no good and the guys selling the parts aren't stupid!

Very shady. Many years ago purchased a fender. I returned to pick it up and was told that they found it to be in really bad shape. Instead they gave me a fender that was not a color or trim match. I should have declined but went ahead. When I walked out I saw the fender I purchased sitting on their delivery truck and was in great shape and exactly what I needed. Several years later I called about an engine. I was told the engine had 80k miles. I was able to get the vin after inspecting the engine and ran a carfax finding that it actually had around 300k.
Bought a starter from them and they would not take it back when will not give me my money back very very unfriendly basically they did not trust me and called me a liar
Good people here! Drove 3 hours to get a part from them that was hard to find. They took the time to communicate over two days and even took the initiative to call me back to confirm they put eyes on it. Part was as described at a fair price. Highly recommend.

One of their drivers was on I-75 SB heading towards Cincinnati and cut me off. Then the guy decided he would flip me off as if he didn’t have a care in the world for anyone’s safety or his own. Incident happened on 2/1/2023. State Highway Patrol have been notified and are looking into it along with dash cam video.
I had a wreck one or two days before Thanksgiving . However, Mike and his mechanic got all the parts I needed, fixed everything on my car and I literally got it back much sooner than expected with the holiday, as well as getting great work done. My car is driving great and it looks great!!! I'm very thankful for how they treated me as well as my vehicle. Thanks guys!!!. You're the best! Lemme say thank you to Mike and his team . Yall are fantastic !!!! After a bunch of calls and searching via car-part.com , i came across yall . You were the first place that not only had an Envoy bumper i was looking for , but would also ship it to central Florida . The part not only made it in a few days , but was packaged well and was actually better looking in person . It was the last piece i needed for the custom GMC Sonoma im currently building , again to Mike and his staff , thank you guys and i will keep yall in mind for any other parts i may need ...
After driving nearly 4 hours to pick up parts that mike and I discussed via Email and thru phone conversations to ensure that I was going to receive was exactly what I needed and that I would receive. I arrived to see that they where only giving me a small portion of what we discussed. When I asked where the rest of the parts were I was told that they would not sell them to me for the price that mike and I agreed upon. I asked to speak to a manager and was told NO!! I asked to speak to a owner and was also told NO!! It cost me nearly 500 dollars and a day lost of work . I would not recommend buying anything from this place what so ever!!! buyers beware.
Great experience at first. However the part sold(differential) had a bad pinion bearing, the unit was NOT FULLY TESTED UPON SALE. BEWARE OF SCAMS. Quality control should never lack in this business where you only have 30 day policies..... trust me, this was my first and last time I will do business with this place. Run and take your business elsewhere
Was in the market for a 3.3L engine for my 2003 Caravan, so we called this place, Tony answered, he was very informative and answered all of my questions, we had previously found an engine in Moraine for $350 with and $85 Core charge, however they said it would take two days to take it out, the great guys here had it dropped & out in *3 hours* AND matched the price of the moraine place (original price was ~$550, we got it for $476), And since we didn't have a ride to pick up the engine we had to rent a U-Haul, Tony gave us his personal cell number to call when we were on the way to pick it up, at 8AM we called him to tell him we were on the way, by the time we got to Middletown with the u-haul pickup, the gate was open and we were on our way no questions asked!
I called for a part, they answered the phone promptly. The person was very helpful and I was given a good price. When I went to pick it up, they had it ready for me. Austin was working the counter. He was very professional and offered more advice about what I was working on, exceeding my expectations.
I can count on one hand the times I've went online to write a review. Sometimes, when people go above and beyond your expectations, it just wouldn't seem right not to spread the word. Art's parts did a great job today helping me with my car. Besides having my hard to find foreign car part in stock, they had it pulled and ready to go, Mike even took the broken part off my car and installed the part I purchased. I didn't know they even did service there. And, all at a very reasonable price. They made my life easier today. Hands down, the best I've seen.
Recently purchased a used car from here and not only did they go out of their way to meet my budget but they made sure it was working properly, fixed whatever I needed without question, walked me through the car buying process and made it as easy as possible for me. Very happy with their customer service skills and ethics.
They were amazing. I have a weird driveway and someone had parked right behind the car I was having them take and they managed to squeeze into the driveway and worked there asses off till they could get my car loaded. I'm sorry you guys had to go through all that! They didn't complain or anything the whole time. I'd recommend anytime. Sorryyyy again lol.
We choose arts regularly for the price difference, they are usually slightly cheaper, and we drive from Springfield to get parts. Several times now my parts have been wrong and frequently do not come in when they are supposed to. I ordered a wheel on Monday and was told it might be in on Wednesday but would definitely be in on Thursday. It did not come in on Wednesday or Thursday. I was then told it would definitely be in on Friday and again it didn't come. They said it may come in on Saturday, however they are closed with no way to contact them. I have now had to get a rental car because it is taking so long and have spent more than I would have just ordering from our local parts yard and getting my part on time.
Purchased an alternator for my van and it worked great. I would have given them 5 stars, but I left one off because a friend of mine purchased a part that was bad and they refused to take it back on the same day with the warranty still in force. I'm happy to be back on the road and I saved $120.00 by buying used.
