7:00am I got two flat tires on the top of the sky bridge..so scary. I called 2 other towing companies they didn’t open until 9:00. I call 419 towing and auto transportation. I think he heard the fear in my voice, they were there in 15 minutes..they were professionally and handled the tow very safely. I will definitely use them again, hopefully not too soon.

Towing is affordable. The staff was friendly. Time estimate was off i waited over 2 hrs. Im sure they were busy or running behind schedule. But I would recommend if you need a tow.

Yesterday was the second time our family has used 419 Towing. Both times their service was needed were unexpected. And both times 419 Towing saved the day! They arrived in a jiffy! They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have their number saved in our contacts we love them so much. We will definitely be calling them when a row is needed in the future.

Don”t! Coodeany other tow company, please. The driver towed my car the incorrect way (front down on a front wheel drive) and shredded my transmission. My husband said he had to put the car in neutral for the driver because he couldn’t figure it out. Thank you for making my life worse.
Great tow service. Professional dependable and quick in time. I waited no longer than 20 minutes. He pulled up and had me loaded and to my drop off location in less than 30 minutes. I give a 5⭐! recommend others use your services for this is my second time and I’ll continue to be a customer!!
I never usually leave reviews but I Called at 7:43pm on 8/29/24. I was stuck on the side of the road out of state with no car jack and requested a tire change I was only a couple miles from their location. They quoted me $75 and said to text my location to the number I called and someone will be there in 30 minutes. 35 go by, I text the number again asking the ETA to check in- no response. I call and it rings then to voice mail. It’s now been 1 hour and 30 minutes and was left stranded. I cannot believe it thankfully after 40 minutes I contacted another company who were able to get here in 25 more minutes but a huge waste of my time not to mention the danger I was left in on the side of the highway as it was getting dark.
Tire blew around 1:30 A.M.. I called 419 Towing they gave me a price and an ETA of 10 minutes. They came right on time! They even tried airing the tire up first to save me from a tow. The tire was done for. They were kind, quick, and easy to work with!! I would absolutely recommend them!!!
Just had a flat tire and they were pretty quick on getting there the guy was nice and professional, definitely recommend and there 24 hours to give them a call.
I didn't catch the drivers name, but he was very nice, respectful, fast, and knowledgeable! I will be continuing to use this company for all my future local towing needs! I also HIGHLY recommend!
Charlie and his fellow towman were great! They were friendly, efficient, and prioritized business integrity when towing my vehicle. I called around 15 total towing services, and Charlie provided the best price. If I need a tow in the future, I am definitely using his services.
They did great, starter went out in my truck. Needed a tow to my home. Driver showed up quick hooked me up to his truck and got me home. Friendly driver, quick response time, and reasonable rates.
