Guy at the counter is snarky and sarcastic as hell! Never had a problem until now when I take my receipts to them in exchange for a solution to my problem and he was rude. It was unnecessary and any issue or situation should be handled professionally and promptly. Another guy outside stopped me before walking in and when I described the problem he said “I’m tryna do a million and one things right now” sir you stopped me??LOL.
HIDDEN GEM! I was told about this place from a co-worker. And so far they are great. Still waiting for the final price but its cheaper then any other place in town BUT they work with alot of dealerships. Keeping my fingers crossed but thus far im happy.
Employees are friendly, accommodating, and willing to work hard to satisfy customers. I needed a part that was still in the vehicle and they immediately got to work removing the part. I didn't have to wait long.
