Joe was cool, I had a totaled car that was completely gone and I hit up Joe we negotiated a price that was fair he sent his people the next day I signed the title over and got a official check and we went on are separate ways. Buyers! Be aware. This is a scam place! We bought parts from their online store. They ship those parts defective, after I send that parts back - their received back, but close a case from eBay and not refund me money. Now, that parts for sale again. I hope Karma bites you
Told my husband he had a starter we needed and said he was going to pull it and call when ready. An hour later my husband followed up and he said he did feel like doing it today, wasn't doing anything else until tomorrow. My husband offered to come pull the part himself and got hung up on. Joe does not want your money.
Hour drive from my house to get a transmission. Installed transmission and it was locked up....took it back because it has a 30 day warranty, they refused the refund stating that i must have done something to break it. Might be a good place to buy lightbulbs or mud flaps maybe some used air fresheners, anything more you are giving away your money.
Btw, they want me to prove I didn’t break it instead of them proving it was working when purchased. This would be a good story for the news
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! i called on December 27th to place an order, i got a call from owners son on January 10th that he had forgotten to process my paperwork. i waited over 2 weeks over nothing... for a simple small part. then i got a call from Joe saying the part was no good when i asked them over 3 times that the condition was as described. seems like a disorganized family business. don't waste your time as i did mine.
