I agreed with this towing company that they would arrive in less than an hour. In the end, I waited over 2 hours and nobody showed up. No call, no update, no explanation. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I do NOT recommend this company.
I’ve had other people scheduled to tow before and never have I been the late one to the vehicle being towed until today. Driver was early and very nice about everything. Got my vehicle towed to my house with no issues.

Was on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting on AAA, got sick of waiting and called this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes. DYMS had their driver out in less than 15 minutes! will definitely call this company in the future!
They said they would be there in 3or 4 hours, never to be heard from again. Wouldn't even take my call to explain why they didn't show, 6 hours later. No thanks!!! Life is complicated enough.
The service was quick and easy! They were able to get me a tow quickly and the price was great as well! They took care of everything I needed, and even checked into the shop for me as well while I was at work.
After a different company tried to scam me and leave me high and dry, they saved the day! From the time my insurance company set up the tow with this company to the time he got there was maybe 10 minutes. Professional, kind and no issues for my car while hooking it up. Can't say enough nice things about them and my experience today.
One star not even deserved other than having a number listed to call I called for a flatbed tow appointment for later in the day as I was at work and scheduled with whoever I talked to on the phone to insure pickup and payment I gave my information just for him to stop texting me back and not answer my calls when it was time for pickup don’t waste your time with these clowns
I didn’t even get to use this tow company. I have been waiting for them to show up since 2pm and it’s 9:08 pm currently I’ve been stuck in my car all day because they said that they were coming and never did! I will not recommend this tow company to anyone! The lack of communication and trust in this company is terrible! Please if you are looking for a great tow, do NOT choose this tow company. They do not show up for their customers.
First time using this company and I will definitly be using them again. they were very helpful, kind and very quick. They were right on time with the time frame told as well. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Awesome service Rivera towing
Amazing service and highly recommended!!! We got our car stuck in the snow and other places had 2-3 hour wait times. Tried this number on a whim, and sure enough, they got to us in 20 minutes and pulled us out. Thank you so much! We will never use any other company!
During Memorial Day weekend I was having difficulty finding a tow truck on Sunday. Rivera Towing responded quickly and was at the site promptly. Very satisfied with their service
