Ernie is cash only. He doesn't accept plastic and he doesn't accept checks.But he does show up with a flatbed in a timely manner and take your car anywhere you want to go , which in my case was firestone , because my battery was dead. He also drove me to the bank, So I could get his money. I've paid more for a tow, and I've paid less. His fee was reasonable.
Waited about 2 hours for a tow truck, pretty typical. The driver was what made this experience totally worth the wait. His name tag said Ernie but not sure if it was just the company logo. He was very very nice and talked with us while he worked, he showed my son what he was doing with our vehicle and told him all about it. Great prices as well. Overall amazing service and definitely will be calling them again if ever needed.
