Called about 9:15am with our car stuck on the east side of Westlake and by 10:20am was loaded up and on the way to the shop. Limited emergency tow experiences but of the few I’ve had over the last 25 years of driving this was the easiest and timeliest by far! Thanks Javier

My son is a new driver and I purchased a used car to get him to and from school. Needless to say it broke down in front of the house and was blocking the road...on trash day no less. Called for a tow and explained the situation and he was here within 30 minutes. Very friendly and understanding and explained step by step what to expect when he dropped the car off at the location I requested and even sent pictures for confirmation. Great service!

Service trash unprofessional Liar never came back with a flat bed to tow my jeep wouldn't recommend to anybody and he sell cars as is lying like he fixed the problem at his personal mechanic this place of business is a joke
Feliciano Towing is the only tow company I'll ever call! I was stranded in westlake with an overheating vehicle, and they got to me in less than 15 minutes. The driver was fast and efficient, extremely friendly, and gave us the best experience, even making us laugh the whole way to the shop, in spite of the stress of having an issue with my car. I will recommend feliciano towing to all my family and friends!
Most excellent. We were stranded with a bum vehicle while on vacation. Feliciano was the first tow service I called as Google reviews showed them highly rated. Wonderful service! They were there within the given time frame, quick to grab our car, very personable and friendly and also spoke well of the repair shop we had it going too hopefully get repaired. They call it 'Iowa Nice' in our home state. It was good to find 'Ohio Nice'.
I was in quite a bind when I accidentally locked my keys inside my car. Thankfully, I called for help, and the person who came was amazing! He was fast and efficient, getting me back into my car in no time. I really appreciated how quickly he worked. I was a bit stressed out, but he made the whole situation much smoother. This company showed up to tow my 19-year old son’s vehicle. He hooked up the car, collected the fee in cash, unhooked the vehicle and left my son. When I called, he claimed he needed the keys and had other jobs to attend to. I would highly NOT recommend.
I recently had to have my car towed out of my garage, it was extremely difficult due to landscaping and a curved driveway. Feliciano did an excellent job. He was very careful not to damage the car. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.

Javier was amazing! My insurance company called many different tow services and no one was available to assist me but Feliciano Towing came out of their way to assist me in my time of need today after I got stuck searching for my lost dog. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure I was okay to drive after he removed my car. If I find myself in a bad situation they will be my first call!
Requested a tow & a truck arrived in under 45 mins. The driver (who is also the owner of the company) was very helpful. My son helped him park the car & he tipped him $5. Very nice guy! Highly recommend.
Great service. Needed my spare put on after catching a flat. Was quoted at possibly an hour wait but had a return phone call moments later telling me they would be there in 15 minutes. What a pleasant surprise. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will save their number just in case I ever need them again.

I needed to have my car jump started in a hurry. Feliciano towing answered right away and had someone there within 15 minutes which was a huge relief for me since I was not at home. They also called multiple times to give me updates on their ETA since they knew time was important at that time. They were nice both on the phone and once they arrived. They then suggested the best place to take my car for a new battery. I would definitely recommend them.
Feliciano Towing was referred to us by a friend. Will say that we def would prefer them to anyone looking for a car. Just bought a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquise and must say that we are very pleased. Car runs great and Javier was honest about it needing your normal tune up. Even tho he said that we were very pleased because we had. To drive it 40 minutes home and didn't have any problems. Great people and would buy another car if I need to again.
