  Shout out to Nate for helping my boyfriend out and towing his motorcycle. We were nervous about the process with having a flat tire. Nate being a fellow rider himself walked my boyfriend thru the process on how to maneuver the bike on and off the ramp. We all shared stories of bike experiences making the night end with smiles and laughter. Thank you Nate and sugar ridge for rescuing us

  My vehicle overheated unexpectedly and I had to pull into parking lot. Called Sugar Ridge and they were there in 15 minutes, the driver was professional and efficient, and was at the mechanic within 15 minutes. Could not recommend Sugar Ridge more!

  I couldn't of asked for better service. Driver was there 15 min after I called, driver was very helpful even trying a view tricks to aide me to save me a tow. Though that didnt work he was very careful with my vehicle knowing the trans was locked up and gingerly got on flat bed. Highly recommend.

  I completely forgot to leave them a review from the summer. But huge kudos to this company. Vicki helped me help my son out and have his car towed from Sheffield all the way to Bedford. They were the most reasonable and kindest tow company that I had dealt with that day.. And when you are already dealing with a stressful situation, Kindness goes along way. We will be using you again.

  Ed and his team were so helpful over the weekend. I called for a tow but Ed diagnosed the issue and helped get the vehicle running. You don't find people as honest and trustworthy as Ed these days! Would highly recommend Sugar Ridge Towing.

  Fast, efficient, and incredibly priced. I had 0 PSI in my tire and couldn't risk limping to a shop a mile away. I called while emotionally distraught and was calmed by who answered the phone. They were straightforward with price and were so kind. They were at my location within 10 minutes and got me where I needed to go.
