The experience was very professional. That men who came and got my vehicle also very professional they, they gave me the price that we agreed on no hassles no problems in and out outstanding. Before going to someone else get quotes and I would choose cash for cars.
Overall it was very good, other than the first scheduled tow. My wife waited for three hours and no one showed up. I was told that they had no contact info. I actually told the first scheduler our cell phone number, but she just did not get it!

Had a very good experience with Cash for Cars. Angela and Deepika were very helpful. I received the exact amount quoted. Before committing to CFC, I drove the Civic to a Chevy Buick dealer who had called following my online application. They offered over the phone, more than twice the CFC quote. They tried to sell me a car, and declined to buy the vehicle. Drove it home and next day, tow truck driver for CFC handed us a check for the exact quote.

Overall a really positive experience. I worked specifically with Anthony Henriques who was extremely helpful! The whole process (initial quote/offer to them picking up the car in my driveway) took only a couple of hours, namely thanks to Anthony guiding me through exactly what I needed to do and being extremely kind and patient along the way.

My experience with Marcus was good he was very patient and thorough. I kinda felt lost in the process got thrown around a lot of different places and put on hold for too long and eventually just hung up. Could have been more efficient but overall a good experience. 4 stars.

I had a vehicle that had a clean title which I wanted to sell it was not running. Within 16 hours after my initial call my car was purchased and told away without any difficulties or confusion. They stayed and touched over those 15 hours I may have received three calls the third was the tow truck coming to my home. I would indeed recommend doing business again if ever I needed to.
I was offered a reasonable price but they never showed up during the prearranged 8AM-Noon time period. I called before noon and they assured me it would still happen that day. I called at 1:30PM and was informed they couldn't make it. Wasted 6 hours of my day and then they couldn't even guarantee a pick up on the next business day. Poor communication and lack of follow-through.
I’m not going to lie cash for cars was about the forth or fifth company I contacted about my vehicle. But I am certainly glad I did because not only did they offer me the most money, I found them to be quite pleasant and professional. After everything was finalized with them they gave me contact information for a local towing company. They were also very nice but I had to call several times before getting the vehicle picked up. Would definitely recommend cash for cars!!
They were very punctual! And I was able to talk on the phone and text or email. It was very convenient! They gave me a good price for my vehicle! My girlfriend used peddle a few months ago and we had issues with being scheduled and no one coming and when we called we were told they would call back and didn't it was hassle. This time was a lot smoother!

This transaction couldn’t have been easier. Everyone I spoke to was kind, clear, informative, patient, and helpful. I had an outside buyer offer me more money than Cash For Cars, but then he decided he didn’t want my car and I still had the Cash For Cars offer available to me. Once I accepted the offer and my title was signed over to them (which they told me exactly how to do so as to not have issues with the transfer), they picked up my car in less than 2 hours!
Also, my car was at my mechanic’s lot and I had to pick up my kids and couldn’t wait around for them to pick up my car. So they just had me leave the title with my mechanic and then they left the check with him once they saw my title was good to go!
