Want to give a personal shoutout to Mike over at Cleveland Power and Performance for his amazing assistance and customer service! Ordered a replacement trunk for my car that had got damaged while in shipping. I reached out to Mike and he promptly got the issue resolved! Much appreciated guys! 10/10

Extremely competitive pricing with some of the best customer service i’ve received in the automotive industry. Made sure I was properly taken care of and got me on my way when I struggled to get all the parts in my van. Genuine nice people who care about what you need and their customers. 10/10 will be working with them again and recommend everyone does the same.

Huge Thank you to Mike and the team at Cleveland Power and Performance. After some time and alot of thinking about doing a powertrain swap on my vehicle, and emailed CP&P just to see if my request for a less than popular powertrain was possible and they got it done, and the price was in my range. Great email communication along the entire process helped me feel comfortable and that i was getting a fair deal. Less than a month from sending a deposit my turnkey pallet was ready to go, I drove out five and a half hours hours picked it up and brought it home, but now the hardest part is on me. Once again thank you.

Tim and the rest of the team at Cleveland P&P are amazing. I had an issue with the powered seat on my challenger that none of the shops around me would work on and even the dealers had limited availability and would have replaced the whole assembly for a large price tag. Tim and the team took a look at it, gave a completely fair quote, and were able to repair it with parts that they already had in stock. They even had it back to me the same day. Throughout the whole process, the entire staff was friendly, punctual, and easy to work with.

***edit to respond to below from owner*** Paragraph 1 is NOT what was told to me on the phone. At one point pictures were meantioned. Nothing else was asked of me. I was just told it's out of warranty and I would have to pay for anything. Paragraph 2 is actually true. I looked at my recipt. I didn't realize the shop put a new oil pan on it. That is my bad. The shop that installed the motor is one of the most reputable shops in my area. A pickup tube issue is possible but not likely from them. If the OWNER of this company would give me a call I am more than willing to talk this through and give the information needed. BUYER BEWARE! DONT BUY A MOTOR HERE, JUST GET A NEW ONE! I didn't want to write this because I wanted to believe everything I have heard about how great this company is. I went out of my way to buy a motor pallet from them (That I couldn't really afford) because I wanted one with a warranty. I called in about the motor to get a good idea of what they do. I asked let them know I wouldn't be putting it in my truck for at least a year and if they were okay with warrantying the motor package (for the 6 months they advertise) retroactive from when we go to fire it for the first time. They agreed and asked me to let them know when we go to fire it up. I did exactly that. I call in October 2024 to let them know we are going to start up the motor. (I have receipts of the truck from when we got it back from the tuning shop running). fast forward to end of February 2025, the motor has less than a mile of driving on it and less than an hour of run time. THE MOTOR BLOWS UP. leaving a hole in cylinder 3 (see picture). being that i am 5 months into the 6 moth warranty i call to get some help. All i got was a "sorry, you are out of warranty, we can sell you another one." WHAT WAS THE POINT OF SPENDING THE MONEY FOR THIS MOTOR AND CALLING TO LET THEM KNOW TO START THE WARRANTY IF THEY DONT HONOR IT! Moral of the story. I'm out 11k for the motor, 8k in the professional install, and 4k in tuning. Only to be able to drive less than a mile before the motor blew up. WONT BE BUYING OR RECOMENDING THESE GUYS EVER!

I have a 2013 Nissan 370 Z and was having issues with the convertible top. The dealers want to just replace the whole thing and don’t know how to fix them. Cleveland power and performance fixed the wiring, reset the electronics so that it would work and also rewired some aftermarket lights that the prior owner had put on. The cost was a fraction of the price I thought it would be to get it fixed. There are few shops/mechanics that know how to work on convertibles, and I would definitely recommend this one. I had watched many DIY videos and referred to a company called Top Hydraulics and Rick knew the company and have worked with them to rebuild some hydraulics in the past. I am always guarded when going into car places b/c a lot of places will try to overprice a job for a female, but this was not the case. They were also very professional. The shop looks way nicer than the dealerships do. It is big and there are a lot of people working there. I have lived 15 min from this place for years and never knew it was even there. Certainly a hidden gem. Would highly recommend.

Mike was super helpful. The engine package arrived in mint condition, special care was taken to ensure that everything was secured and packaged well. I decided to add more parts from the donor car, and these guys came through quickly and at a great price. My 1st go to when shopping for my custom car

What a showcase of high performance auto parts. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their shop is funaminal. Body shop is also unbelievable. One thing to notice is how clean they keep things. Not the average shops. Check them out. And if your lucky enough you might get to meet BIG R.

I was very impressed with Mike and Tim. They answered all my questions and was very professional even when I asked dumb questions. I believe I had a total of 4 phones calls and never had to wait or get a call back. I purchased a coyote run pallet, electric power steering and a steering wheel. It was crated well and shipped on time with everything including start up instructions. I will definitely recommend and would buy again from these guys. Thanks for a great experience

Needed a 2013-2014 mustang GT steering wheel for the project I was working on and they were one of the few places that had one. I thought the price of the steering wheel was very reasonable. Shipping was great. Received the steering wheel within 2 days and it was packaged very well and it helped me finish my project. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for hard to find car parts. Will use this company again if I work on another car project.

Did what they said they were going to do,for what they said they would charge and done when they told me it would be done! You don't find businesses like that anymore! Very friendly and helpful staff.They even washed my car inside and out when done. Can't say enough good about this company . If you have any kind of car that you are particular about and need a repair,this is the place.

Took my 16 ATS V into their shop. I got my steering wheel hand stitched in suede. They also wrapped my center console lid in suede. The custom stitching was mint. My car was done quick, and I got it right back from them. Rick Jr is the man

Their Upholstery department is second to none! They are amazing what they can do with a needle and thread! I had no idea that Cleveland Power and Performance - as many things that they can do - could do upholstery that is the Best I have ever seen! Cleveland P-A-P is by far the best business I’ve ever dealt with for all my part needs. Great service even when I went a little e-mail overboard and was gracious enough to help me with my mistake of ordering a charger driveshaft when I needed a challenger. They have been extremely helpful with the impossible to get/find parts too! Well worth the money spent for everything present and in the future.

I have spoken with Someone via Instagram Messanger on multiple occasions asking questions or looking for specific parts. They have always been quick to respond and answer my question and even see if they had anything I was looking for. Just recently found some door panels I was looking for and ordered on Monday, received FedEx tracking on Tuesday and received my door panels packed very well today on Thursday. Love dealing/speaking with them and will purchase from them again.

My father and I started to come here years ago when it was a small junk yard!!! To this day I still do business with them as they have grown so MUCH in positive ways.Big Rick was always nice with a smile and a pleasant conversation and somehow it made you buy cars/parts that you didn’t even want/need! To this day my passion and career in automotive was fueled by Big Rick!!!

Price was good, communication was good, shipping seemed high but when I received the freight and saw how well they packed it I was astounded. The whole story would be long so i will try to be quick, my car got wrecked and needed a new subframe. I ordered a complete assembly from Cleveland power and performance on Monday night around 1am my time. It shipped on Wednesday, I received it Friday. Which is currently today, and I already have about 50 miles on it. Literally a turn key setup. There are no strange noises. It rides and drives just as it did pre accident. I could not be more impressed with the speed and accuracy of this entire transaction. Now i get to drive my Camaro again!!!! Thank you all at Cleveland power and performance. You all are doing great work. I look forward to ordering more and recommend to others.

I took the time to take photos of a part I needed and even highlighted the areas that condition was most important to me. Unfortunately, they were completely unwilling to help with a basic question on the condition of a part and just blew me off. I was ready to buy but Miles did not have time to give me his opinion on which one of his parts was in the best condition. Price was not even a factor, I simply wanted the best example they had available. Take the time to help the customer and you won't have 40+ of the same part...

I purchased a rebuilt 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was shipped to southern California and was SO impressed with the service I received. Everything about the car was exactly as described and they made the shipping process so easy! I bought a 2002 Z06 donor car that was listed on eBay. They were also able to supply me with 90 percent of the parts to rebuild the car and they arranged shipping in an enclosed trailer in a very timely manner around Christmas time.
