This Copart was exceptionally efficient; there were no wait times. Upon check-in and paperwork completion, my vehicle was immediately retrieved. The entire process concluded within ten minutes. Furthermore, customer service was outstanding.
No wait. Friendly staff. Picked up a rv that I won with a pre bid. The copart transporter app made it a easy smooth process. Great experience all around!
Absolutely horrible company! All they did was waste my time, lie to me and yell at me. Wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. Never even heard of them until last week and wish I never had. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
Great place to buy cars. Fees are ridiculous. New fee onsite payment fee. That means if you pay them with a cashier's check or company in the branch they charge you an onsite payment fee. I fee to take your check. What is the world coming too????? Charging a customer who is paying you an extra 20 bucks to take their check. Dumbest thing I've ever heard.
This company does not deserve the good reviews it has. I was in an accident last week so my insurance towed the car there and they stole so much out of it. I was in the process of moving so I had quite a bit of personal items in the car. Very disappointed that they would take advantage of people in an already bad and difficult situation. Do not trust that your car is in good hands with them. My whole car was turned inside out, every compartment opened and empty, every bag with personal items from my move opened and left empty while the car was completely trashed. They’ll definitely be fixing it up and selling it after telling my insurance that it was totaled.
Received a tow from this company because of a collision and a part was stolen off my car! My catalytic converter is missing and my service engine light came on. My insurance company chose these people and they are rude thieves that don't honor service or help fix problems they caused. My car is loud and they also ripped the plates off my car and broke the bracket holder! Unprofessional, tacky, and useless because it took them a long time to even tow the car to my adjuster
Always quick and fast place. This time 8 minutes because I was outside of office. When I left office the car was ready for load to trailer. Front desk lady always nice and helpful. Thank you Copart you saved me a lot of time.
My car was totaled and towed to this company. My ins. carrier asked if I wanted the LP mailed or go get it. I'm laid up from the accident so I said mail it. The lazy employee ripped the LP off because they must not have had a screw driver or wrench so now I can't sue the LP for a new car and it was cost me $50 or $65. Thanks for nothing.
Bought a car from Copart. Apparently it's still stolen in the database when I try to transfer title. Neither Copart or Ohio Police department will remove the status. Now I'm stuck with a stolen car that can't be tilted or driven. Don't buy from them. Very dishonest company.
Bought a short wheelbase diesel Pickup truck from this location, Not a dually, The online Copart listing said the truck was a "Run and Drive". Not only was the truck not a "Run and Drive", the loader refused to load it onto the trailer of the transport company I booked to ship it over 500 miles, loader said it was too big. After getting the supervisor on the phone I was told that they do not have the ability to load the truck, they will be closing the yard in 15 minutes and it was my problem to figure it out. After arguing with me for about 10 minutes the loader finally agreed to load it on the rear tip of the trailer blocking the rest of the trailer. After calling the supervisor again they brought 4 dead jump starters and could not get the truck started, which was listed as a "run and drive" by the way. finally another competent transporter hooked up a winch with a roller and moved the truck where it needed to be. The trailer was a low profile gooseneck trailer as well. The most incompetent copart staff I have ever had to deal with by far.
Co-part is the best place to find the car, truck, SUV, semi, trailer, and really anything else you may be looking for. I found the truck I always wanted in this auction. It is an online auction but they have so many good deals here that I guarantee you that you will find the vehicle that you are looking for. I got my 1997 Ford F250 turbo diesel 4x4 with only 137,462 miles on it and it ran and drove for only $1800 dollars plus the fees for the auction but it's a very awesome place to go get cheap vehicle for yourself or to flip and do it again. You can make so much money doing this the right way, I know because I have done it before many times and I was never disappointed with what I got. I highly recommend Co-part!!!
I'm writing this review and giving this location 5 stars for only one reason, Adam - the site foreman is absolutely fantastic and amazing help.
I'm a private transporter for a dealership in Toronto, Ontario and after a long exhausting drive I was frustrated to find that the vehicle the dealership had purchased was not drivable - I was unable to mount my winch to the trailer and a loader wasn't able to lift the vehicle onto my trailer as it was too big.
Adam spent an hour of his time helping me load this F350 Box Van safely and professionally. Absolutely exceeded all expectations - thank you again sir.
Had to transfer title to them for totaled vehicle. First time I've had to do it, it was easy once I figured it out. You have to use their application that you scan via QR code on your phone to sign in and wait to be called on. I was 1 of 2 ppl being helped, I waited 3 minutes, signed it without needing a notary (they might be notaries or maybe it wasn't necessary) and left. People were kind but watch where you walk and drive as there was crushed car debris all over their lot.
Needs secretarial staff who knows what they are doing!!! If I say I'm available Monday and Thursday for a pick up why in the hell do you just send a driver out on a Tuesday!? Cant wait until this is over. Please retrain her.
I won the bid and messed up the paperwork for the shipping of the vehicle . Although we've never met, a woman by the name of Sarahlee helped resolve ALL my issues with with a smile on her face. Or at least that's what it seemed like over the phone; She was such a delight to talk to and was extremely patient with all my concerns. Because of her I will be receiving my vehicle in 2 days instead of 2 weeks.. These 5 stars are ALL Totally for her. Thank You Sahrahlee!!! Lot# 40336800 P.s. this is the one and only copart they should have the people in the office are absolutely amazing the loader drivers are even better than that I wish all of the copart experiences was this great
Was here a few weeks ago after unexpectedly winning an online bid. The entrance to this location was a little easy to miss so definitely keep an eye out once you're getting close. It's right by the railroad crossing which was pretty cool to see. The office area is spacious and they keep it clean and easy to maintain social distancing. The office workers are informative and answer all necessary questions prior to purchasing or viewing the vehicle. They also let you know which days you are able to walk through the lot to see the items up for bid ( Fridays or Mondays I believe) which is a great option if you live in the area. If you're traveling from out of state and that may not be an option for you, they offer different payment / viewing options to make your purchase run smoothly. Overall it was a great experience, the paperwork processed quickly and the people were nice and patient. I would definitely recommend this location and would visit again the next time I accidentally win a bid lol
My first time here was at the end of May 2020. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Everyone from the clerk we checked in with, the cashier who we paid, and the forklift driver who helped us load the car on our dolley. They knew that there were three trucks getting loaded with over 20 cars ahead of us in line so the clerk asked the forklift driver to bring our car around so we wouldn't have to wait too long.
Great staff. Make sure you look at the cars Before you buy. ALL public available cars are salvaged. They ALL need work. Based on your experience and expertise please dont take a car too difficult to repair. No one wants a dangerous car on the road. If you dont have any body or mechanical experience..you really have no business buying these cars.
Staff was very helpful and they were super polite! It is a very high customer service rate so they stay busy from the time they open and until they close so please be patient and you'll be taken care as quickly as possible.
My vehicle was towed here per the request of my insurance company after an accident. They were supposed to pick it up on a Friday but didn’t show up until Monday, late afternoon. After the adjuster looked at the vehicle they were supposed to tow it back to my driveway. I spoke to someone Thursday who confirmed it would be delivered Friday or Saturday at the latest. Because my vehicle was not returned as they said it would be, I spoke with somebody Monday morning. I was then told it would be delivered by end of day and they must not have had a friend in the area. As of Monday evening my vehicle was still not returned. It’s now Tuesday morning, I called again and I’m being told it will be delivered today. Excuse me for not having faith in you. Quite frankly, this place is a joke! Additionally, every time I have called to inquire on the status I have spoke to somebody different however the level of attitude is always the same! Good luck with this place.

Pick up of car was easy and a smooth process. All we needed was the member ID number and the lot number. They loaded the car for us in just the right spot. We here at DNF Transport look forward to picking up some more cars from the Copart in Cleveland in the near future. (I must say they have a much more organized operation than the one in Houston)
This place sucks. They must have stole my 2 charger ports and aux cord that I had forgotten in my car. They do not take care of your cars even though they are junk, they destroy them even more. They are careless with their actions and thieves. I get it was something small but it is still the fact they took them. I knew damn well exactly where my items in my car were and after they "looked" twice they found nothing so I took it upon myself to come up there and look for myself and the items were not in there at all or where I knew exactly where they were. I do not trust these low life men working for this company. Up yours Copart.
They steal things from your car waiting for inspection by insurance company and then claim they have no idea what you're taking about when you want your stuff back. Lesson learned, clean the car all out after an accident at 3am so they don't steal your stuff
My insurance company had my vehicle towed to this location following an accident since they had on site adjustors there. After a couple weeks it was to be towed back to me. After my insurance company gave the order for it's delivery it took an additional week for it to arrive. Upon arrival we discovered a major part of the exhaust system had been cut out. Copart is claiming it was not taken while at their lot. They released my car to a tow company and allowed that tow company to keep it over the weekend. They claim that must be when it was stolen. I will never again trust my vehicle to leave my property while being evaluated and I will never trust this company.
