I love D&B Auto Wrecking I can get parts cheap and take scrap there for extra cash. Who can't use that? They pay more for copper and aluminum and tow cars out for a reasonable price.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the tow truck driver, he was amazing. He showed up was nice easy to communicate with, made sure everything was good and had a wonderful attitude, so I have a extra star for that. The reason why I'm only leaving two stars is because of their dispatch, I called to confirm my appointment today and was greeted by a wonderful front desk person who then handed the phone off to someone who had the worst attitude, answered all my questions with a smart tone of voice and didnt seem interested in helping me at all. They said I wasent on the sceduele and instead of understanding where I was coming from they just kept on with the attitude. It seems there was a sceduele issue between them and peddle and I had to think through it all for them, from the sounds of it if I hadn't called I wouldn't have been picked up today and would have waited more than 4 hours for nothing. This was my experience do with this information as you'd like.
They don’t test their parts. Had me drive almost a hour to get an alternator just to tell me it was bad. He pulled it off the car while we was there. SMH u lied to get me here then tell me it’s bad.
A Great place off the beaten path to find what you need at a very reasonable price. Call to see of they have what you need ,but have all your info for your vehicle to make it easier for them to answer your questions on parts !!! Some very nice guys to stop and shoot the breeze about cars and life!! Thanks guys for the ram parts to bring my 08 ram back from the salvaged deadpool!! I will be back in the summer for more parts !!! Merry Christmas to all !!!
EXPENSIVE!!!! You are better off going to Reeds on 82 where the prices are half what D & B charge. That goes for scrap too. And the people making these other reviews are either workers or friends because the staff is rude talking about there customers behind their backs and over charging people who they think will pay their ridiculous prices. Don't believe me call D & B ask for the price for a part then call Reeds or Pull-a-Part D & B charges twice to three times the amount. I'll never go there again!
I saw a post from this place saying they have the best price for junk car’s. Well these guys r crazy they told me if I bring the car n they weigh the car and he was paying $60 a ton well that’s highway robbery it comes to $90. It’s a shame they trick u out here to rob u.
Very poor service rude and down right disrespectful told me they had the part for my car but he's not gonna take it off cuz its to much work well can I come do it ? Only place on town that has my kind of car but won't sell me the part I need SMH ..
