My 16 year old truck needed some expensive front end repairs but I was advised that the frame had rusted out. I wasn't going to have repairs made unless the frame could be reinforced. They looked it over then showed me photos of the damage and said it was not repairable. There was no charge for their services.
Great place to take your car for any mechanic needs lady at the front desk is amazing to deal with tj the head mechanic is super nice and knows what he’s doing
From California and used to going in and getting my own parts, this was a change. They get them for you. Saves work and time for us. Customer service was alright too
Everytime I call it's a rude snide lady who hates doing her job I've called about common vehicles needing certain parts and for a salvage/scrap yard claims everytime they never have any part I call about seems like to me Lisa is more worried about pushing customers away just so she don't have to look an item up horrible service
